The hotel is very comfortable, beds are great, rooms clean, bathrooms modern and lovely. There is a need to keep the hotel seperate from the casino. There is no place that hotel guests can escape the casino, public and have some privacey. We don't gamble, were there for a family reunion, and couldn't sit outside, away from the madding crowd. We had a 2 queen bed room. I would recommend rotating the mattress because they lean towards the side with the night stand. Fine for one person but when laying next to my husband I kept rolling into him and waking up. We have been their before and would again but the water pressure in the shower is very poor.

If I had to find anything negative to say about the hotel, it would be the long walk from parking to the elevators - but it's not that big of a deal. Very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the golf course.

I took my boyfriend here for his brithday as an overnight stay in mid-March. The hotel was pretty pricey for just being in the Poconos, but wow was it worth it. Walking into the lobby (after our car was parked by the free valet), we were quite surprised by how extravagent it seemed. It was extremely nice. We dropped our stuff off in the room, which […] was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It didn't seem like your typical hotel room. The bed was absolutely heavenly. We even took a picture of the mattress tag for when we are in the market next--it was THAT comfortable! The casino floor was very large and open, and half was non-smoking which we preferred. Although on the high side, we ate in the Italian restaurant (didn't go overboard and our total was a little over $100) and then at the buffet the next morning. Very nice hotel with a great Italian Resturant. I am not a big casino person but enjoyed my stay. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and quiet.

The hotel is clean and has clearly been renovated recently. We enjoyed our stay but sound from the hallway easily traveled into our room so people speaking at a conversational tone could be easily heard in the room. Overall, the place is very nice.

Very quiet, peaceful, relaxing room. Not being a gambler or golfer there were few amenities- needed to travel for amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable, my only complaint and this is common today is the lack of a bathtub. I like to relax in a bath after traveling and a shower is not the same. There is little to do here if you aren't a gambler and the odds are not good. They are building a pool, but as of now you have to pay to use the sauna. There are much better places to stay in this area.

I had an unforeseen family emergency on the day of my stay and tried to reschedule my reservation. the mount airy lodge hotel denied and would not accommodate my request. The reasons why I did not rate this hotel with five stars is because of the following: food at the restaurants are not good. However, I found various local gems in the surrounding towns! Usually do the AC trip but decided to try here because it was lat minute and close to home, the place is very well kept but people need some "people skills". No one at casino or restaurants where friendly or helpful. I am a waitress/bartender and I over look little "mishaps" but do not except NO personality.

This is a beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple's massage in the spa and used the sauna. We enjoyed the casino. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I hope to come back again in the next year.

We stayed for 3 nights this past weekend, and had 2 rooms. The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms are stunning and comfortable, but its terrible if you have kids. We went for a ski trip to go to camelback and stayed at mount airy so the adults in our group can have some fun at the casino. All food options are on the casino floor, which is absolutely ridiculous! […] I understand it's a casino, but by making the floor plan like that, its almost as if they don't want kids there. And the security gets annoyed when you ask to escort. We ordered room service most of the time. The room service menu is quite limited, but its 10000x better than that horrendous buffet. The valet and staff are all very nice, but its not kid friendly at all. And the hotel smells terrible. When you walk in theres perfume to mask the scent of cigarrettes from the casino. The beds are very comfortable, room service food was amazing, and the valet is very nice. But the fact that the hotel is not kid friendly really ruins it. They should open a restaurant that is on the lobby floor or something. And I heard there is a pool being built... I didn't see anything. And a notice to anyone wanting to go out to the town, be careful, we got robbed, and the police officer told me robberies happen all the time. Not the safest of locations.
