The hotel had easy access to Tachikawa station. The room was small, as is typical in Japan, but was clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants and stores in the area.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located near mass transit. My room was overly warm (unusually warm spring) at times and temperature controls did not work. Bed was a too hard for my tastes.

The entrance to the bathroom was somewhat awkward, having ~6 inch step-up.

HOTEL STAFF VERY POLITE ROOMS ARE CLEAN, CLOSE TO TACHIKAWA STATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPPING IN AREA PLENTY OF FOOD OUTLETS EXCELLENT BASE TO SEE TOKYO AND YOKOHAMA USING RAIL SYSTEM . HINT KEEP LEFT ON ESCALATORS IF NOT IN A HURRY, TALK QUIETLY ON TRAINS

Having lived Tachikawa but never staying in a hotel it was quite a rexaling and enjoyable experience the hotel staff made me feel like home aways from home! Internet service ways great and a few minute walk from Tachikawa jr station and the monorail and other lines too buses and taxis!

Clean, adequate, priced properly for the area. Hotel staff is outstanding. The rooms could use a few more outlets, 2 plugs makes multiple recharging difficult. Overly firm beds, but this is almost always the case in Japan... I asked for an extra futon and that solved the problem - staff was more than happy to accommodate my request! I would definitely stay there again. Very convenient location only 2 min from a major train hub. Staff extremely friendly.

Very clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer were also provided. The airport bus drops off just a few steps from the hotel. It's a short walk to the train station.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Tachikawa station, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast, though not included in the reservation I made, was a value at 1000¥.

The hotel was very convenient to the train station, and the breakfast was very nice --served hot as you came to be served and seated. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Most did not know English, but we were still able to communicate with those that were at the lobby desk if we needed something. There were stores close by to shop at also, […] and a great electronic shop within a block of the hotel, with dry goods on other floors--several floors in all to shop in, with drugstores and eating places all within the same block. Nice wide sidewalks to get the the JR station with escalator to get to the station level. A little distance to "downtown area" - but so much to see in between! Our room was clean and we had a pleasant experience. It was great that we had breakfast included with our stay as we were up early and ready to go each day. Would stay there again.

古いホテルのようで、設備も古い感じでした。見たことのない電気ケトル（？）でした。部屋にあったタオルが汚れていたので交換をお願いしました。タオルはすぐに持ってきていただけました。そういった点ではサービスは良い方だと言えるかもしれませんが、あまり愛想がなかったのが残念です。インターネットは無線LANが無料で使えて、よかったと思います。しかし、立地や料金、サービス、設備を総合したら、別にここのホテルでなくてもいいかなと思います。次に立川市に行くことがあったら、違うホテルを選ぶと思います。

ロケーションは立川駅北口にあってはベストポジションといえる。環境保護を優先させ、質素な備品ではあるが、物自体の質と従業員の質の高さでうまくバランスがとれている。また、部屋の配置も使い勝手もよく、まさに必要なものだけがそこにある、玄人好みの渋さが感じられた。ただ一点、ルームキーが電子カード式であればもう云う事は無い。

安心して泊まれるキレイなホテルでしたので、また利用したいです。 支払いがクレジットカード決済だったので、現地決済もできればいいと思います。 泊まる人と契約した人が違うときがあるので現地決済が安心です。

主人の転勤に伴い自宅の引越し後、成田からたつまでの3日間を娘たちと3名で宿泊しました。3泊で検索したところどこの価格設定よりもリーズナブルだったので宿泊前は不安だったのですが、部屋も清潔できれいです毎朝、朝食も込みでこの価格で滞在できたのはラッキーでした。 最終日は、学校の友人たちが送別会を１１階のレストランでしてくれたのですが個室も落ち着き、バッフェもおいしく、友人たちもアクセスしやすかったようで最高の日本での最終日となりました。子供たちが8時過ぎからの集合になってしまったにもかかわらず、サービスよく対応してくださいました。 翌日は早朝5時代のリムジンバスだったのですがホテルの目の前からの出発でボーイさんが快く大量のトランクを運んでくださいました。 グランドホテルは立川では古いホテルですが […] 、快適な3日間を過ごすことができ、又帰国の折には利用させていただきたいと思っています！ 阅读更多信息
