In our room, the phone didn't work -- the desk could hear me, but I couldn't hear him. The plumbing was odd -- the toilet was loud at random times, seemed to be connected with refilling in other rooms. The deadbolt didn't work -- was not aligned, really could not double lock the door. The room key worked sometimes.
For people sensitive to sound, the rooms are quiet, particularly on floors 4 and 5.
The staff was terrific, apologized but could do nothing. The free breakfast was according to formula -- and the breakfast area was clean and refilled as needed. The hotel appears to have one maintenance person who is very busy. which means not available when needed.
No complaints about the cleanliness. But this hotel needs improvement.
