我在这家酒店度过了愉快的16天。前4天气候比较湿润，但是天气好起来后，就是游泳和在泳池周围放松的绝好时机了。我觉得酒店可以为客人多提供几台电脑，只有一台电脑似乎是个问题，一些客人考虑并不周到，导致人们对他们长时间单独使用唯一的电脑产生不满。我刚入住的几天有热水短缺的问题，咨询了其他客人我发现他们也有同样的问题，所以在向前台接待人员反应后问题得到了解决。自助早餐很可口，每天早上都有丰盛的食物，厨师会对菜单做些修改以满足每个人的需求。接待处的女孩很友好，尤其是Tara和Nickie。开大巴去城市的年轻小伙很让人开心，并且乐于助人。总之，我还会来这家酒店，并且向我所有的朋友推荐。

酒店附近正在大兴土木,没有好的观景, 酒店又在装修中, 未到9点已经非常噪吵, 不能入睡,楼底又低, 感觉不好, shuttle bus 话有又无到, 等了半小时, 要自己付钱乘的士, 不过通知了大堂经理, 酒店退回的士费, 但就白白等了半小时,知道无就一早乘的士, 旅行的士费不是问题, 等才扫兴. 总评语: 噪

Baan Yuree是个惹人爱的住所。游泳池很漂亮，有三层，最顶层是游酒吧。房间大小正好，非常舒适，有阳台和漂亮的家具，没有任何问题。自助早餐令我和丈夫都很开心——这是个不小的壮举，因为我们的口味经常变！这是泰国和西方选择的完美混合，我们每天都在酒店吃早餐。这里的餐厅很充足，也会有送餐服务，如果你在外忙了一整天只想在酒店里度过一个安静的晚上，这会是件很棒的事情，假期我更喜欢在酒店外就餐，然而那只是个人偏好，我必须承认，有一晚我们要了送餐服务，并且对食物的质量很满意。设施也很棒，酒店在一个相当陡峭的斜坡顶端，然而酒店提供免费穿梭巴士载我们去巴东以及返回酒店，所以这不是个问题，另外，有很多三轮车很乐意带你回来，价格一点也不贵。我丈夫和我有几次勇敢地步行回到酒店，当太阳当空时我不推荐这样做，因为会 […] 很热！但是在晚上步行并非难事（一个帮助你晚餐消化的好的方式！）。另外，从巴马主要区域步行回来只需要10分钟，这意味着，不同于其他许多地方，在睡觉之前你还可以进行很多夜生活！正如你所期待的，房间里也有免费无线，虽然没有闪电般的速度，但是已经相当足够了。员工很友好，但是他们并非都能说很好的英语，有些很流畅，但是由于语言障碍有时我们不能理解彼此，但是我认为这更多是因为我的过错，去国外旅游却没有学习几个当地语言的基本用语，但是诚实地说，这种误解对我们在酒店的居住并没有很大影响。我唯一的抱怨是房间里有一些蚊子，导致我们整个晚上都被叮咬。 阅读更多信息

2/5 or 3/5 at the max the hotel is so far away from the town that is just difficult, the taxis cover 300BHT to get back that is very expensive and walking is a good 20 to 30 min with a huge clift, is just not convenient there are lots more in town and I bet much cheaper

well if you have a baby or are wheelchair bound forget about this hotel even tho they have an elevator to the rooms if by any chance you want to go to the pool area with wheels you will need someone to lift the pram or chair as they have stairs everywhere.and no way of getting to any level of the pool. and as for the road/driveway up to the hotel you […] would have to be training for a marathon to get up it. and the shuttle goes at 4pm then at 6pm no 5pm at peak time so can imagine how squashy it can be at tea time. otherwise you pay $6 down the hill and $6 back up to hotel. food was appalling in restaurant on function night (Elvis) cold cooked meat and cockroach ran out from cake plate. reception was mostly uninterested and if they could help it always cost you. It was extremely hard to communicate with the hotel staff as most of them didn't speak a word of english, Air con in the room didn't work correctly, 1st room had mold all through out the roof in the bathroom. Ordering room service was a challenge both times i did i had the wrong item arrive and i had to send it back. Then chased for an hour both times […] to get the correct meal. The deck chairs around the pool were falling apart, the deck chair cushions were ripped and covered in mold. All umbrellas around the pool had holes in them and the staff would never wipe them down or lay them out each morning. The hotel is located up a massive hill which makes walking into town difficult you have to get a tuk tuk or taxi every time. they do have a shuttle bus but it only leaves at certain times a day. Breakfast is very limited with the same food every other day. I was so disappointed considering the amount i paid. Very Nice hotel. But withouth the awesome poolbar it would not have been as good :) Friendly people working there, though as in the rest of Phuket, not very good in english. The hill you have to climb to get up to the hotel can be hard for some, we took it as a nice exercise a couple of times, but usually took the hotel shuttle or a taxi.

We spent one night at the hotel before catching a cab for 700 baht to the port. The hotel was clean with a great pool and very well staffed. In the morning there was staff that spoke perfect English. If you have a car, the location is actually perfect. And driving around phuket is fantastic. Really love the pool bar and actually regret to live there at the first night, but after enjoying the pool side bar, and the surrounding (hill view), it's not a bad hotel to live in. It's true that it is a bit far than the beach and the nightlife but that's exactly what we wanted. We wanted a place where we can get away from the noise soon as we got tired of it. They do provide shuttles that go around the beach every 2 hours and towels for the beach. The service was spectacular. Specially the lady at the front desk for the afternoon […] shift. The only thing I noticed was towards the end, on our last night and on the day of check out, they were not as attentive anymore. Breakfast is served @6.30am but usually this is the time they actually start serving the food for the buffet table. So guests who have early tours can only eat a few slices of bread before heading off. The room and the pool were awesome. The hotel also offered set meals for lunch and dinner. We were surprised that the airport transport didn't deliver us to the hotel as it was on a steep hill. but the hotel staff came to pick us up from the foot of the hill. The hotel is quite neat and nice. Our room was excellent - but it had twin beds instead of the double i had asked for. when i told them this, they upgraded me to a deluxe room which […] was bigger, had a tub, a flat screen TV and of course - the double bed. And it was instant and seamless, for no extra money. I also had a medical emergency during my stay - the staff drove me to Phuket hospital in their limosuine, very carefully to ensure I wasn't in any extra pain - and back to the hotel. This was at 1 AM in the night - and they didn't charge me for the limo! The only complaint i had was that the water in the shower wasn't as hot as I'd have liked, but it was also because there was a cold monsoon storm going on. they have free wifi and a travel advisor in the hotel who will help book cruises around the islands, a much better alternative to the vultures around the streets of patong. there is also a free shuttle service to the heart of patong beach and to the local mall every hour. ごく一般的なホテルです。部屋はガランとしていて、スーツケースを２つ余裕で広げられるくらい。歯ブラシは無かったです。テレビの写りが悪かったのと、wifiが部屋で使えないことがマイナス。プラグの情報がなかったのですが、Ｃタイプです。行きませんでしたが、サイモンキャバレーまで歩いて行けます。 ホテルの横には他の口コミにもあるように結構な傾斜の坂があります。健康な方でも途中で一度休憩したくなるような坂です。ホテルのシャトルが約一時間に一本あり、ビーチとショッピングセンターを回ります。夜は22時までなので、夜メインで楽しみたい方には向かないです。 ちょうど年末年始のときに宿泊し、強制のガラディナーがありました。大人一人3000バーツの価値はないと思いました（残念ながら途中で抜けました）。日本人の方も […] 数組いました。 立地が良ければもっと評価できるかな、、私も次行くとしたらもう少しビーチに近いホテルを選択するかと思います。 阅读更多信息

Wij zijn 16 dagen in dit hotel geweest en het is echt slecht! De foto's zijn prachtig maar de werkelijkheid is echt heeeeel anders. Als je bij het hotel aankomt ga je eerst langst de vuilnisbelt incl dode ratten! Je ligt heel heel hoog en ver van de straat we hebben brommers gehuurd anders kom je niet boven! We hadden een luxe kamer en zouden volgens […] de foto een bad krijgen nou dat was ook niet het geval ..... we hadden een ranzige douche naar een hoop geklaag en gedoe konden we naar een andere kamer met bad. Bank met scheuren vieze badkamer om de avond geen stroom of warm water. Het zwembad is ok maar in deze warmte 5 parasols voor al je gasten is wel heel weinig dus je hebt geen schaduw..... En dan het ontbijt ..... zoiets slechts heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt!!!!!!!!!! het is echt voor chinezen ..... elke dag dus ei met brood en dat 16 dagen , uieindelijk maar zelf naar de supermarkt geggaan voor een plakje kaas ect. We komen al 16 jaar in phuket en natuurlijk is de standaard anders als bij ons maar dit moet je echt niet doen. kijk dan eens bij deevana zelfde prijsklasse iets goedkoper en veeeeel beter. クレジットカード決済をしないのに、チェックイン時、クレジットカードの提示を求められ、渡すと番号を控えられた。理由を聞いたが、こちらの英語力の問題か理解ができなかった。 ホテルのスタッフの感じから悪いこと（犯罪）をしていると思わないが不信感がつのった。もっと粘って解明しなかった自分も悪いが、なにか紙に書いたものを見せるなどしてほしかった。

Der genannte Fußmarsch den Berg hinauf ist wirklich etwas anstrengend, aber nichts, was einem den Urlaub vermiest, oder ein Grund wäre nicht dieses Hotel zu wählen. Es gibt einen, zumindest bei uns, zuverlässigen Shuttle-Dienst bis 23 Uhr hinunter an die Beach Rd. und zur größten Shopping-Mall. Das Frühstück ist nicht pompös, aber die Auswahl genügt […] und ist im asiatisch, kontinentalen/englischen Stil. Natürlich sucht der Deutsche vergebens nach Wurst und Käse, aber man ist ja auch nicht zu Hause oder auf Mallorca, weshalb man das auch nicht erwarten sollte. Es gibt Warmes in größerer Auswahl (Ham, Bacon, Pancakes, French Toast, thail. Suppen, Nudel- und Reisgerichte, Salat, Obst, Brot und Toast inkl. Marmalade und eine Omlettstation. Zimmer war sauber, das Bad ist im Duschbereich leider stellenweise leicht zu überfluten, auf Grund von architektonischer Unüberlegtheit. Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Ganske bratt bakke opp til hotellet, ca 250 meter. Ved foten av bakken ligger en døgnåpen butikk med de mest essensielle ting som øl, solkrem, mineralvann og mer. Hyggelige og service innstilte folk som jobber der. Verdt et besøk om man vil bo litt vekke fra alt livet i patong, men samtidig nærmt. Bra hotel men med lite tasking läge. Ligger på en bergssida med en ordentlig backe upp, men speller ingen som helst roll om man väljer att hyra vespa eller använder sig av hotellets shuffle service. I det stora hela ett utmärkt hotell med lugnt närområde, dvs into en massa barre och skit runt hotellet.
