the parking was secure. Bathroom could have been cleaner (baseboards). Bedspread is old style and should be upgraded. Staff were great and provided everything that we needed. Good location for us.

Wish I could send the pics I took. Paint peeling off door, sink drained so slowly, rust on mirror, lots of rust on heater in bathroom. I had stayed there before the room was much better than this one

The bedding and the bathroom seemed clean. There was some black on the white caulking around the tub. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. Around the main door there were gaps and the wind was whistling through the cracks. There was some stains on the ceiling too. The first room was very musty and my daughter had to change rooms because the roof started to leak. We had 2 rooms.

We arrived and were given the key to our room. As soon as we stepped in we could smell stale tobacco smoke. As we are non smokers we found this very unpleasant so returned to the reception desk to ask if we could be moved to another room. This was done without any hassle. The room was very dated with holes in the counterpane on the bed, the hob/oven were not working but there was a hotplate to use. There was a shortage of cutlery in a dirty cutlery holder (lots of dessert spoons, three knives and one fork). The kitchen wasn't very clean at all with ripped curtains. There was mould and dirt on the walls in the bathroom. The smoke alarm had been removed and we found it in one of the drawers. We were so glad we were only staying there for one night. I wouldn't book a room here again.

Everything about our experience here was great. The room was clean, front desk people were friendly. The room was like having your own little 2 bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and living room. Will definitely look into staying her again when ever we come to a show at the Decoste Centre.
