Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très propre, calme et parfaitement conforme à la description. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et impeccable. L’emplacement est idéal, avec un accès facile aux principaux points d’intérêt. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour.

Nous avons passé un super séjours à l’hôtel les Côtés! Le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre très chaleureuse. L’hôtel propose une navette pour accéder aux télécabines, un vrai gain de temps et d’énergie avec notre matériel de ski. Espace jeux, piscine, salle de sport, jacuzzi, sauna. Nice family run hotel. Owner very welcoming and helpful. Lots of facilities. Breakfast good. Fridge/ sink and hob in room if you don't want to eat out. 10 - 15mins walk to Pleney lift steep hill/ icy paths or take the bus (D) which stops outside the hotel every half an hour and takes about 5 mins. The walk to supermorzine took a similar amount of time and I preferred this walk as better pavement. Child friendly. Would recommend to friends and would return.

“Perfect for families! My kids absolutely loved our stay. The Mountain View option is the best choice. There are plenty of activities, including a swimming pool and various play areas. Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again. Plus, we enjoyed free passes for cable rides and other village activities. Loved it!”

We had the most wonderful stay here. The family/staff was warm and friendly and helpful, always willing to give advice when we needed it. The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful. We loved having the little kitchenette, especially since we have children. The home cooked dinners were absolutely delicious and our children loved the pool and game room. It was a very easy walk to town and the super Morzine bubble lift or the free shuttle to the prodains cable car. We skied in Avoriaz since it was late in the season and there was still plenty of snow there. All in all a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to come back and stay at Les Cotes!

I would stay again

Staff - fantastic, friendly, welcoming Food - delicious (half board) not a bad meal during a week stay. Breakfast is self service which for us was fabulous, meant we could eat without waiting for hosts and hit slopes for first lift. Facilities - it’s got everything you need for ski trip. Lots of hot water, balcony and great view of Morzine. I only have 1 negative point and that was our room was very small, but for me and my son is was ok. This is not standard though, the rooms we did see around us all looked much bigger. The Morzine Pleney and Super Morzine free bus stops right outside hotel.

Lovely family run hotel. Owners could not have been more helpful, from arranging our lift passes to allowing us to access the breakfast room for food and drink on the last morning when we had a very early transfer. Room was spacious with useful kitchen area including fridge. Plenty of choice at breakfast, evening meals were set menu but they were happy to accommodate any changes if wanted.

Could have been better

Whether was amazing and we really enjoyed skiing. The overall area was amazing. The only issue we had was with the hotel. At first they were very lovely helping us around and being very friendly. Towards the end of our trip we noticed that the room was not being cleaned properly and was being left in a state. Room service to me means cleaning the whole room including the tables and toilets but not here. One night me and my sisters were chilling and getting ready in our rooms and I do admit we were being a bit loud the owner of the hotel comes in and glares at us from the front door. What gives you the nerve to interprupt and walk into our room? Throughout our stay that elderly lady kept glaring at us making us feel very uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t want to stay there anymore. The breakfast was not the best there should be more for vegetarians rather than just bread and cheese quite shocking. Then on checkout I was being finessed of skiing passes I already paid he claimed it was a mistake in which things happen so I wasn’t too worried but it annoyed me quite a bit. Overall it wouldn’t have been too bad if the elderly lady didn’t glare at us and walk into our room and make us feel uncomfortable. If I do come morzine again I will not stay here due to being made feel uncomfortable to that level.

Hotel a 10 min à pied de l hyper centre. Atmosphere familiale, avec belle piscine et chambre nikelle. Sejour en été très agreable, balcon donnant sur les montagnes. David, Olivier et leur maman ont été très sympathiques et de bon conseils pour les activités. Merci pour leur disponibilité. Tres difficile a trouver un point d amelioration. Peut etre le menu du soir proposé, paraissant un peu lourd pour cette periode de chaleur. Tres bon sejour, nous recommandons.

Traditional property with friendly staff

Super clean hotel with friendly and welcoming hosts. Pool and games area good for relaxing after the pistes and delicious home cooked meals available in the restaurant. Property about a 10 min walk to town or via the bus which stops right across the street.

Great comfortable hotel close to everything

Great hotel, very comfortable bed with great blackout blinds. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff who are always happy to help from giving directions and recommendation to lifts to the ski lift in the mornings. Great hot tug and swimming pool after a long day on the slopes. Only a 5 minute walk in to the centre
