"Tidy, handy, reasonable"
Considering that this place is only a few blocks from the free tourist loop tramway, and that Melbourne is generally an expensive place to stay, it rates as an absolute bargain. The only disappointment: Internet access, which is listed as an amenity, is NOT free, but quite expensive, rather slow, and difficult to set up.
