The annex which I stayed in seems like an afterthought, an overflow area, WiFi does not work there. It is more appropriate for self-catering families perhaps. A move was readily and courteously arranged to another room to escape a noisy - permanently on - fan. The next room had exactly the same problem though. A design fault which made it difficult […] to sleep. The hotel is in sandwiched between retail parks, well out of the way of anything interesting. There are uninspiring fast food restaurants when heading right out of the main hotel but cut through the marina in the other direction instead and there are some more suitable places to eat. Rubbish hotel, bad location, unhelpful staff, had to keep asking for tea and coffee daily even though it was supposed to be included. Misguiding photos. No pool and next to horrible pebbly beach. Completely dissatisfied as not what the agent said it was. More like 2 star. Not near bus stop and hard to get taxis which are extortionate.

The rooms and building is new and clean. It is a Best Western chain. There is everyday room service. Close to sea and town. Parking is convenient.

La residence hoteliere possede 1 annexe recente, les chambres appartements sont convenablement equipes en equipement de cuisine (assiettes, ustensile, plats, verre , tasses etc. Ce n'est pas le cas du batiment principal (domage).
