There were cobwebs in the room. The curtain was broken so people could see in from the road. There is a sign that says ring if you need anything. Then they dont answer the door. They dont even get up at checkout time at ten am. We will never never stay there again.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Rooms Lack Cleanliness"
First room checked into had curly black hairs and dried pee on the toilet seat. Second room checked into had empty candy wrappers and condem wrappers in one drawer with some change. The front desk people were very good and helpful, but the cleaning people obviously don't take their jobs seriously. Uncomfortable stay because of cleanliness issues.Expedia 真实住客点评

Black Bear Motel had the "bare" essentials. Towels very thin, one soap, no shampoo, bed was a queen with a double-sized blanket, no continental breakfast as indicated on Expedia. I believe high speed internet was complimentary, but we didn't see any hook-ups. Also, everything had to be plugged in -- tv, frig, microwave -- in order to use.
