"Walking distance from everything worth seeing"

"B+B Friars St. Youghal, Co. Cork. White wall."
When I arrived at the B+B, I was greeted by a phone number on the front door , which told me to ring this number for service. I did so, and the woman at the other end of the phone told me she was not there (really!) and that she was not expecting my arrival until 4pm. At no point was I asked or did I state this when booking online. She told me it was […] in the terms and conditions...laughable! I returned at 7pm and was shown to a below average standard room. The bed was uncomfortable and bed clothes were cheap. There was nothing in the bathroom to make my stay more comfortable.
