Nous avons trouvé ici le lieu idéal pour découvrir le nord du Contentin par la situation centrale de la jolie ville de Valognes , le Versailles normand , et par le charme de cette belle demeure , admirablement restaurée avec un très beau parc à la fois botanique et paysager . Merci pour la gentillesse de notre hôte et son camembert crémeux au petit déjeuner . Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours.

Wonderfully renovated and spacious old mansion. All amenities, great food, hospitable host, easy parking. I chose it because it is just to the west of all D-day beaches, so this way we were able to visit them all from west to east. I only wish there was not so much pressure on getting to this mansion by 7:00PM, but we called in advance and were able to check in by 8:00PM.

Amazing

A lovely country house, in exceptional condition. So quiet and calm. There are beautiful gardens that allow your thoughts to drift. The bed was very comfortable so I had a good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if they are in the area. Thank you Eric

This is a beautiful property and our host was great. It is set in beautiful gardens which I wish we’d had more time to enjoy. My main criteria when choosing somewhere to stay is easy parking and a walk in shower. Only issue was that I’d requested a room with a shower as I find a bathtub difficult. There was one on the website in the house but it must have been allocated, so we were given the delightful gite in the garden. Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom has a wonderful shower, but the only toilet is down some steep winding stairs. I wish I’d known this when booking.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre traditionnel, la dénomination manoir n’est pas usurpée. L’endroit est calme, avec un jardin un brin romantique. Die Einweisung zum Zimmer war trotz und wegen der verspäteten Ankunft gut organisiert und kommuniziert. Das Zimmer war hervorragend, ebenso wie das Bad. Das ganze mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war den regionalen Gepflogenheiten entsprechend und sehr lecker Die weiteren Gasträume (Kaminzimmer und Bar) ließen sich gut nutzen. Der Gastgeber Eric) und seine Familie waren sehr authentisch, immer ansprechbar und gaben uns stets das Gefühl, sehr willkommen zu sein, seine Ausflugstips waren hervorragend. Wir werden bei Zeiten gerne wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank

Bellissima struttura, immersa in un parco meraviglioso. Ideale per esplorare la penisola del Cotentin: Coutances, Chateau de Gratot, Abbazia di Lessay, Cap de Carteret, dune costiere, Nez de Jobourg, Cap de la Hague, Barfleur e faro di Gatteville, Saint-Vaast e il forte Vauban, Sainte Mère Eglise. We had a wonderful stay! The host, Eric had restored this incredible chateau! It was oozing with charm! The grounds are picturesque and the closeness to town is within minutes! Only a short drive to St Mere Eglise and the Normandy sites!
