We stopped here just for a night on the drive back from Orlando to Illinois, and I'm sorry we did. I was woken up several times by teenagers hanging out in the parking lot. I didn't realize this was more like a motel and you can hear every little noise magnified in your room. The woman at the desk was great at check-in but when it came to access for my service dog, issues arose. She called the manager to let him know that we had a service dog which is totally understandable as not all desk staff are familiar with the law. What is not understandable is how the owner/manager could not be familiar with the law. He reluctantly […] "allowed" us to stay the night but made the woman put us in a room that she clearly was reluctant to put us in. When we got to the room, we found out why - it was filthy in places, the toilet seat was broken, the room was obviously smoked in (heavily) though it was a non-smoking room and there were cigarette burns on the blankets. Fortunately we smoke so the smell wasn't bothersome but the stains and the principle were problems. This attitude is unacceptable. 阅读更多信息
