"Comfortable stay"
Hotel was clean and comfortable, free wifi and breakfast makes this an excellent choice. My only complaint is being on the main floor by the elevator, people are quite noisy. After 10pm it was quiet, other than that it was nice.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"The hotel in Slave Lake- close to everything"

"nova hotel"
Our room was very hot; the air con doesn't seem to be working properly; or else we didn't know how to turn it on properly. Better instructions would be helpful. We were told the hotel is very COLD in the wintertime just when you want it hot. The management need to attend to this matter. / The hotel staff were very kind and helpful; highly recommended./Time […] to throw-out the jams in small containers at the Continental breakfast as they are all rubberized and inedible./ Location was perfect - right across from venue where Duke & Duchess of Cambridge were visiting./Hotel was very clean and quiet and the mattresses on the beds were lovely and cosy. 阅读更多信息Hotels.com 真实住客点评
