The hotel was awesome and the location was great for getting to the airport the next morning. We were walking distance to the mall, movie theater and... some bars/restaurants. They gave us a key card that had to be used for the elevators and for the parking garage (it was great to park the car securely!). Problem was - we were leaving early AM for a flight out and there was no one at the front desk, no one picked up the phone. So, we went downstairs, put our keys on the front desk and went to the parking garage. Went to drive out of the parking garage and we had no key! Shoot, we're stuck in the garage! Went to go back up to the lobby but couldn't because we had no key for the elevator! Panic sets in and after 15minutes of waiting in the garage, someone else finally drives out and we piggy back off of them.
