Holiday Inn Westway Park - 休斯顿

Stayed for 3 days with my kids. We truly enjoyed it. Very clean. The inside swimming pool is great that gave us privacy. The only thing is, the chlorine in swimming pool was so strong that my kids black tshirt and underwear turned grey... But overall excellent!

Hotel was great, the only problem was the indoor pool. The chlorine level was crazy high and there was no ventilation on the room the pool was in. My eyes started burning as soon as I entered the room and my 10 year old daughter had swollen and irritated eyes the entire weekend as a result of the pool.

The hotel is new and very clean. The restaurant staff is the most friendly of anywhere I have stayed. Great team at this hotel.

The only negative I could say was the bed was a little hard for what I am use to and the free breakfast was ok. The rest is the stay was great. Very friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Will stay again when I go back to Houston.

I was very impressed with every facet of the Holiday Inn Westway. The room was immaculate as well as the entire hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Selected this hotel for the indoor pool and indoor hot tub, but pool was way too cold. so it could've used a little more warm water. Besides the pool everything was great, awesome bed and pillows.

Hotel was great, services were great had two down falls, bad phone sig. And the bed was more firm than I liked. Great room and space, for the price.

The only issue I had was the internet connection and for some reason the location of this room wouldn't allow me to make calls from my cell. I've stayed in other rooms in the past and everything worked well.

New feeling clean hotel. Nice decor for a Holiday Inn, friendly staff and grill and bar on property which made a long day a bit easier. Just off the 8 beltway but very quiet inside room.

Friendly staff, fast service, super clean, quiet, good location and everything I was looking for. Only minus point was that the mattress was a little harder than I would have liked it.

We ate three meals in the hotel restaurant and 1st they burnt not one but two pizzas to a blackened stated. Then I got burnt a sirloin steak (ordered medium) which was already paper thin but served shoe leather brown...Overall...management was very apologetic but the only answers is to fire the chef and who ever interviewed and hired (him or her). The […] indoor pool is not heated and there is no mention of that....so the kids were real disappointed....The furniture and beds are very hard...all in all a bad choice for a four day holiday stay. 阅读更多信息

The location is excellent. The only dissatisfaction that I had was the internet connection as it was like dial up and slow. It took me probably and hour and half extra to finish some work at night due to being slow.
