加强服务，我们去的时候是自己拖着箱子，搬到三楼的，没有服务人员主动帮忙，酒店没有电梯

位置很好，S2，离白沙滩很近，从一个出口直接就走到了。酒店很大，好几个大游泳池，环境很好。房间也挺大，中央空调，冷气充足，有烧水壶和保险箱。床也很大，稍软了点，床品不豪华，但是还舒适。房间地上要是铺点软性东西就更好了。自助早餐还算丰富。服务很好，打扫房间很及时。

地点方便，通道直达海滩，有专用沙滩椅，有几个泳池，非常适合一家入住，自助早餐品种不多但品质不错，唯一不满意的是房间的墙纸爆开了。

总的来说，酒店很漂亮，有泳池设备和漂亮的餐厅。房间很大，有一张真的非常舒适的床，但是壁纸到处都脱落了一点（如果你对室内设计挑剔）。位置很好，到 Boat station 1只要步行10分钟。我唯一感到惊奇的事情是房间有臭虫。浴室有小蚂蚁而且在3天内入口处的地板上有一只蟑螂和一只壁虎。我猜想它们喜欢房间。

酒店很棒，你所需要的一切有一个良好的开始。酒店位置在活动区中心，是我们一生中最好的假期！但是房间的水有问题，装满浴缸要等很长时间，而且我们住在那的时候正在进行翻新工程，但仍然过得很愉快，希望改良会尽快完成。期待我们的下次度假再住在这家酒店。

预定这家酒店总是很不错。前台员工非常和蔼尤其是当我需要因特网连接而且甚至商业中心已经关闭的时候，他们不厌其烦的帮我打开，即使只用半小时。服务一流。。。。。。

We were given a room with cracked tiles in the living room and the tub has some rust stains on it. Around 1130 pm, my Sister was brushing her teeth when she saw a small mouse going in to the drainage below the shower enclosure. We requested to be transferred to the new wing. The new wing was so much better. The Night Manager and Night Housekeeping Supervisor […] were all apologies for us and promised to relay it to the Hotel Manager. We were told that they will investigate the incident and will get back to us. We never got any call fro anyone. Advised that construction was only between 9am and 6pm which was incorrect. Unfortunately at the time we stayed there was a some construction going on around us, and the rooms were small, so I don't recommend one room for families with two kids. The outdoor areas were the best part of this hotel - the swimming pools were fabulous, the cafe nice and the hotel is close to the beach and has beach lounges out on the sand.

This is a beautiful and clean facility but the attitude of the front desk and dining area staff is terrible. I paid 120 pesos to use the internet in the business center and the net was slow or down most of that time. We book a Junior Suite Room for 2nites . When we arrive hotel we got a unfriendly check in staff that was no interest of welcoming. And when we got inside our room, the only thing that can say is today modern thing was the FLAT-Screen TV of a cheap brand. The bed, sofa, toilet is old and outdated. And during the first nite the electric went out and didnt comeback before 5min. just saying they dont have a backup system like other 4Stars Hotels. The bathroom layout is so unfriendly , that even shaving will occur a problem bcoz the mirror is far away from where you stand. We where using the pool bar and is took us 20min before the guy came to the bar bcoz he went chatting with his friends at the resturant, and when he do serve us this was in a grumpy ways. The only positive we found nice with this hotel is the pool and the resturant. Even when we check out the girl that attend us, didnt ask how was our stay or smiling, just tell us to wait for them to check the room. This hotel will charge u for everything that missing or get dirty... everything! And dont bother asking for a late check out even 1 or 2hours is a NO NO ! I'm so happy that I chose the Boracay Garden Hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights. The extra charge for a premium room was well worth it. Our room was overlooking the swimmimg pools. Our room was very clean and very big. The shower head though didn't work very well. Breakfast was excellent. If you are not after a top end resort or bottom of the rung budget then this is for you. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is as good as you get. It is located in the middle of white beach leaving you a short walk to anything you might want or need. The pools are good and the swim up bar is great. The resort is set back a touch […] from the beach which is ideal to keep away from the evening party noise, yet it is not inconvenient to walk on the to the pristine beach and have a swim in the clear water. 스테이션2에 위치해서 위치는 아주 훌륭합니다. 디딸리파파 시장도 바로 옆에 위치해 있고, 디몰과도 가깝고.. 무엇보다 수영장 컨디션이 아주 좋습니다. 여러개가 있는데 아이들과 놀기에도 용이하고, 비치와의 접근성도 좋습니다. 룸컨디션은 나쁘지는 않습니다. 디럭스룸에 묵었지만 크게 불편한 점은 없었고, 아침 조식도 메뉴가 매일 변경되서 먹을 만 했습니다. 고급 리조트는 아니지만 가격 대비 훌륭한 곳이라고 평할 수 있습니다. 다만 아직도 공사중이어서 약간 소음이 있는 것과 한국 단체 관광객이 너무 많다는게 흠이라면 흠이랄까.. 수~일 일정에 목요일부터 단체로 한국 관광객들이 와서 보라카이가 아닌 한국 리조트에 있는 줄 착각할 […] 정도였습니다. 한국 사람 없는 조용한 리조트를 원한다면 접근성은 떨어져도 스테이션1이나 스테이션3쪽 리조트를 선택하시는 것을 추천합니다. 阅读更多信息

객실도 청결하고 위치도 괜찮았습니다. 수영장도 괜찮았구요. 비치도 바로 앞이라 편했습니다. 소문대로 로비 직원들은 불친절하더군요. king bed 하나에 2명만 숙박이 가능하다고 했었는데... 가서 보니 추가 인원 숙박도 가능하고 2 베드룸으로 주더군요. 2명만 숙박이 된다고 해서 3명이 방을 2개 예약했는데 아깝더군요.

스테이션2에 위치하고 있어, 디몰과도 가깝고 드딸리빠빠도 바로 옆이고 리조트 후문으로 이어지는 화이트 비치가 있어 편했습니다. 리조트에서 제공되는 썬베드도 너무 잘 이용했구요. 리조트 내에 수영장도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 가격대비 훌륭하고, 다음번에 또 보라카이를 방문하게 된다면 이곳에서 다시 한번 지내고 싶네요. 아, 무료 와이파이가 없다는 점은 살짝 아쉬웠어요. 보통 리조트 로비에서는 무료 와이파이를 제공하던데, 가든 리조트는 유료 와이파이를 이용해야 합니다. 단 가격은 1시간에 100p로 저렴한 편입니다.

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 8 марта по 29 марта 2012г. Отель находится в центре это очень хороший плюс, все рядом два рынка, магазинчики, кофушки. Отель с тремя бассейнами, один из которых с баром, детского бассейна нет. Номера в плачевном состоянии, у нас был Premier room окна выходили на главный бассеин, кондиционер шумный, то скрипел то гудел,мы решили […] подвинуть кровать, что под ней творилось страшно писать, постоянно забивалась ванна, к вечеру небыло горячей воды, вечные муравьи шастали по номеру. Уборку номера проводили за 5 минут поверхностно. Познакомились с русскими смотрели их номера Джуниор свит, там тоже самое, только небыло фена. Когда идет дождь ставят таблички мокрый пол, а когда моют не ставят, я с 2-х летним ребенком на руках упала в холле, уборщик помотрел и продолжил свою работу... На ресепшене отвели глаза в сторону.Завтраки неплохие, шведского стола на обед нет, ужины ужастные, меню не меняется, пища скудная, все сладкое или соленое, ходили на ужины в соседний отель. Вай-фай это нечто... Покупаешь в отеле карточки\у 1,3,5, часов, забиваешь код и просиживаешь время сразу, страницы открывает в течении 5-9 минут, Скайп берет без проблем. Ходили в кафешки там вай-фай скоростной, и безперебойный. Если планируете в этом отеле остановиться приобретите мыльные пренадлежности, т.к. там дают мыло,гель,шампунь, ватные палочки, шапочка, 1пол.маленькое, 1пол.среднее, на этом все. Не мечтайте о халате, тапочках, зубных щётках, лосьене, расчёске и.т.д. Вот мне одно непонятно как ему присвоили 4 звезды?!? Хотя многие говорят на Боракае отели звездности не имеют. 阅读更多信息

엔틱한 느낌의 가구가 무척이나 맘에 들었구요. 아직까지도 수영장 공사 중이더라구요...ㅠㅠ 제가 있는 방에서 수영장 공사 전경이 펼쳐져서..ㅋ 그건 별루 였네요.. 객실 배정 할때 이야기 할껄 그랬어요. 식사는 그냥 저냥.. 먹을 만 했구요 직원들은 친철했던 것 같아요

프리미어룸에 4일동안 묵었는데 매트리스가 너무 좋아요. 잠을 부르는 침대랄까.. 그리구 프론트 직원들보다 경비아저씨나 벨맨, 룸메이드 같은 분들이 훨씬더 친절하더라구요. 만나면 꼬박꼬박 인사해주고 횐한미소에.. 수영장 넓어서 좋았는데 메인수영장에는 풀억세스룸 이용자들 아니면 마땅히 짐놔둘데나 쉴수있는 썬베드가 없는게 아쉽구요. 조식은 나름 먹을만했습니다. 근데 다른 룸들과 테라스가 너무 다닥다닥 붙어있어서 커튼을 치지않으면 안이 훤히 다 보이더군요ㅜㅜ 방음도 좀 안되구.. 그거빼곤 전반적으로 괜찮았어요~ 출입구가 두개인것도 마음에 들었어요. 규모도 크고 위치적으로도 괜찮았던것 같습니다.
