A nice apartment

Although it is not close to the scenic spots in Vienna, it close to the Subway station (Rosauer Lande) and we could reach wherever we want easily. There is not many restaurant/bar/cafe around but it is fine for me as we planned to cook for ourselves. Supermarket can be reached within 5 min of walk. The staff is nice although they forgot to clean my room in one day.

Excellent Apartment but no refill Coffee Capsules

An excellent apartment with very good staff. But the decoration is a bit old and it is expected to have renovation internally which is better. There is a fitness room at the basement and the Underground station is just opposite to the apartment. A staff is on duty until 2330 hours everyday. They provide a coffee machine but they didn't refill the capsules everyday. If they refill the capsules everyday which will be much appreciated. All prominent features and attractions are within walking distant. It only takes half an hour to the airport from the apartment which costs you about 42 Euro by taking taxi. Will definitely book this apartment again.

I got a very big cozy flat as advertised and the overall condition was so good, I got upgraded the next day which was amazing and so much of appreciation to them. I really enjoy my stay.

Very comfy and convenient accommodation

The accommodation is very close to metro station, very convenient going to all site seeing places. It has free self laundry service, but quite a long queue. The room is clean, big and comfy. We made use of the kitchen supplies, eg. oven, silvers, and dish washer. Couple down sides are that basic seasonings, salt and pepper, is not provided; and reception was not full time on duty, we could not seek help during evening time, eg. 7pm.

最寄駅からとても近く、移動しやすい立地で良かったです。 道路に面していますが部屋では静かに過ごせました。 キッチンの設備も一通りそろっていました。 テレビの映りが少し良くなかったですが、旅行中なので大きな問題ではなかったです。

Comprised bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. Very large and comfortable rooms, including the bathroom and very quiet despite being on first floor by busy road. Well located for the U-Bahn (2/3 minute walk) or 25 minute walk into town. As an apart/hotel there is no bar or restaurant so means eating out or buying in, but this was no problem. Well equipped gym plus a sauna (didn't use). The balcony shown in the pictures is not as scenic as the picture shows. Service is limited to changing towels and tidying every three days unless you pay extra. Overall a good place to stay, especially if you are there for any length of time (we were just three nights and this was fine as well).

전반적으로 좋았으나, 바로 옆에 도로 소음이 많이 심해요. 시내 관광이 목적이라면 거리가 좀 멀ㅓ서 교통비, 시간을 따로 할애해야 합니다. 그리고 환기도 잘 안돼서 먼지가 많았네요..

La mejor elección para una estadía excelente.

Frente al metro. El personal excelente con muy buena predisposición. Las instalaciones impecables, la superficie del departamento enorme, placares comodisimos, caja de seguridad, dos televisores. Doble cortinados, silencioso y dos baños!!! Volvería a Viena porque la ciudad es hermosa, pero para alojarme nuevamente en este apart. Precio más que justificado y no más que en otras ciudades y hoteles más modestos. Felicitamos a sus directivos y personal.

alles war in Ordnung bzw. GUT. Nicht weit von der Innenstadt und Bahnhof, die Fenster mussten geschlossen bleiben, da die Strasse sehr stark befahren wird. Die Außenfenster müssten mal erneuernt werden!!! W. Graefer

Perfect!

If i go to vienna once more, i will have a night. I found a really good place. Very kind and very cozy, they also give us slippers. So comfotable for everything. Just cross the street, there’s a metro station. Everything was perfect!
