"Run Down Dump"
Someone needs to buy this hotel and put some money into it or knock it down and build a new one. 4 of the 6 lights had burnt out lightbulbs, the TV is a tiny tube set with non-working HBO, holes are punched in the walls and left un-repaired, towel racks are falling off the walls, the carpet is worn out, the place is riddled with obvious cosmetic issues […] and broken things everywhere. "Tired of unexpected charges"
Can't Hotels.com let you know up front the total cost of the room? When I checked in and signed the receipt the total charged to my credit card was $17 more than stated on my confirmation!
