The Hotel based in Joo Chant Road was a great location. Twelve minutes walk to Paya Lebar metro, but the walk was very hot. Great cafe 40 steps away from hotel. The cappuccino and the large croissant was excellent. By purchasing a metro card, Singapore was at your fingertips. Visit the botanical indoor two domes. They were excellent.

Really good budget hotel. Only a few minutes on foot to Paya Lebar MRT, located in quiet area on Joo Chiat, a few big hawker centers for good Sing chow on Changi Road . . . Overall great choice if you need a clean, new, inexpensive hotel. Recommended.

This hotel was excellent, and the price was great too. I had a great time staying here. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, many of which are opened late for those late night cravings or if you get in late, and some are 24 hours. Malls, groceries, the subway station, bus stops, street market, and the beach are all within a 20 minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. It is an excellent place to stay.

I liked this hotel. It’s in a cool little neighborhood with a good choice of restaurants, bars, etc. There’s a Cold Storage grocery store nearby too. The hotel room was nice and clean. Very comfortable in a cozy way. No problem getting a good night’s sleep at the end of busy long days out and about. The staff were always friendly and ready to help if needed.

It's a nicely refinished hotel in a cute historic area. It seemed to be decently soundproofed as I did not hear any neighbors. AC takes a few minutes to ramp up, but keeps the room cool once it is started. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful and helped me arrange several rides/ taxis.

Very tiny rooms. Queen bed up against the wall . Had to slid out of bed. No hot water for the sink only in the shower. No window in the room. Staff is the best asset for this hotel. Disappointed.

1. Newly renovated hotel with modern rooms. 2. Staff yelled at me and rushed me during check-in. 3. Hotel system was down, and I had to wait 20 minutes. 4. Requested room service, but only the towels were changed. The bed was not made. 5. Foul smell coming from the bathroom drainage. 6. Very poor soundproofing. I could hear hair dryers from other rooms. 7. Constant noise from the drainage and water pipes.

Check in process is fast and smooth, the attentive staff and the thoughtful gesture of offering fresh apples at the reception make every guest feel genuinely care for – a sweet reflection hotel’s heartfelt hospitality. The hotel location is just 15 mins away from Changi airport, nestled between Joo Chiat and Katong, this lively street blends modern bustle with a nostalgic charm, featuring bars, restaurants, and boutiques that reflect the unique Peranakan heritage. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, there are many dining options nearby and convenient transport links. Room is newly renovated, clean, and comfortable, room size is not large, yet cozy and fully functional, basic amenities are all provided such as coffee tea making facilities, safe box, hair dryer… and etc. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who love discovering local culture, art, and food, it’s sure leave you with unforgettable memories.
