The service is satisfy and quiet environment, but it's not so convenient for shopping and traffic. This is a good place for vacation.

Would benefit from all weather sun loungers & a parasol, air conditioned bar/dining area - no meeting/general communal area. Overall private pool and quality of villa excellent not for families or night clubbers. Perfect for relaxation, but a taxi ride away from main resort

This was such a lovely place to stay. After a day out in the heat and hustle and bustle of Bali, the Astana was a beautiful peaceful home away from home. The pool was great - just the right depth. The bed and the pillows were really comfy. It is about a 20 minute taxi ride from Kuta (approx AUD$5 fare) but the serenity was really appreciated. Quick […] walk from the beach. Great restaurant (Naughty Nuri's) is just across the road and is guaranteed to accommodate even the fussiest of diners. The pork ribs are the best I have tried so far. The team are to be commended - the service they provided was equivalent to a 5 star hotel, always friendly and happy to help and just genuine lovely and honest people. ３月１５日～２０日まで利用しました。最初は日本人のクチコミが少ないこと、日本語が通じないことにドキドキしていましたが…スタッフはみんな明るくたまに日本語でもあいさつしてくれました。まぁ英語ができればもっとコミュニケーションができたんだろうな…(；一_一)ヴィラは小ぢんまりしていて、私には良かったです♪大型リゾートホテルのフロントから部屋の塔までスゴイ遠い！っていうのがあんまり好きじゃないので。部屋の清掃は文句なしです、お湯もお水の出もよかったです。ただ洗面所の水が溜まって流れなくなることがしょっちゅうありました。。あとどこかのクチコミでみたのですがWi-fiはフロント周辺だけとありましたが、部屋でもパスワードを入れれば使えます。パスはチェックインの時にフロントでもらいました。レストランやスパ […] はありませんが、ヴィラのすぐ近くにスペアリブで有名なヌスリ　ワルンや、安くて美味しいワルン　ソバットや他にも歩いていける（苦じゃない）距離にカフェやレストランやワルンがあります。あ！メティスはちょっと距離がありますが、ヴィラの通りです。ヴィラの隣には両替所、上手いか下手か分かりませんが３件ほどのスパ、ミニマートもあり、なんだかんだ便利な場所でした。スミニャックのビンタンスーパーまではタクシーでRp２５０００～３５０００くらいでいけます。帰ってくるときはメモにヴィラのホテルと住所を書いて渡していました。バツベリという通りに面していましたが車の音は部屋に聞こえず、とても静かで快適でした。この価格でこのクオリティだったらまたここに泊まりたいと思いました。 阅读更多信息

This is our first stay in Bali and We had an excellent stay in Astana. We had a free pick up car service from Kuta.The villa is perfect with a clean private swimming pool, and the room is spacious and good, furntures are new .Villa also offer complimentary water and coke, green tea that impressed us! Staff are nice and helpful. There is only 1 min walking […] distance to Naughty nuri, and few mins walk to the beach. A little comment on the in room breakfast is not really that hot. This could be a really nice place. Nice room with our own pool, 2 meters from the bed. But the place is not very clean. We just came from Kamandalu Resorts and Spa in Ubud (the best place I have stayed in my life). And was disappointed that it was so many stains and diffirent dirt. This place is expensive so you expect the best. The mattress on the […] sunbed outside had a big white disqusting stain just in the middle of it. Dont want to know what that was. The floor by the pool was rotten. Pool was also unclean. Dirt on the bottom and the tiles on the side were dirty. Much dust and stuff on top of the cupboard. 這是一家精緻時尚的Villa 房間水準、私人泳池、服務水平都不在話下 唯一的缺點就是地點較偏僻 旁邊連可以買東西的Mini Mart都沒有 但值得註記的是飯店對面就是知名Nuri's豬肋排在水明漾的分店，這是唯一方便的地方！
