"Stay anywhere else but here, dreadfull."
On arrival the air conditioning in our room wasnt working. Despite assurances from the front desk it was being sorted, it took 5 hours and multiple calls from me before it was working...only to breakdown ten minutes later. We had hot water for about two minutes before it went and stayed cold. The sheets on the bed were dirty with stains, blood and […] hair. Management eventually gave us another room. I went to the reception desk to check our key cards would work with the new room but despite this I spent 5 minutes riding the elevator as I couldnt select my floor with the card then my card wouldnt open the room door. I wanted to use the computer and printer to check0in online and print boarding passes for the following day's flight. When it came to print the printer wasnt working. Made three calls to reception and waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and say 'yeah, its not working' (he did help me print what I needed at the reception desk computer afterwards) The room blurb had conflicting information about breakfast times which meant we arrived to a darkened dining room an hour before it was actually due to start. I had doubled confirmed my taxi booking the night before only to find no taxi had been ordered at check-out. The staff were reasonably polite but I count my lucky I was there for only the one night. The air conditioning system was out of order. 4 times different people came to the room and did not solve the problem. At the end, recognized it was a major problem with the whole system. Do not trust the concierge of this Hotel. Made us four times for everything followed by apologies. Rooftop is very nice but 4 nights out of total five we stayed there, it was reserved for some function so pretty much no use for Hotel guests.Expedia 真实住客点评

"Gladly Surprised"
It is a fine hotel, understated in its decor, no bling-bling tackyness at all. It is made in timeless style and good taste. Wonderful breakfast buffet, fun roof-top Bar and pool with a great view of the city and the Andes, and although I did not have the chance to experience the Spa, my friends were raving on how good were the massages.Expedia 真实住客点评

Excellent new hotel, only 2 months old, superb services, good looking girls, everything is new and nice. We used other 5 stars hotels in Santiago but you did not find hotel with nobody in pool and spa and such good and very motivated staff. The price is not cheap but it worth any penny spent. Surpreendeu! Ótima localização, bairro nobre com todas as conveniências ao redor e de fácil acesso. Arquitetura diferenciada, conforto e ótimo serviço. Restaurante excelente e bar na cobertura com vista 360º, um show. Boas opçòes no Spa e bom atendimento do concierge, muitas facilidades. a região do hotel é muito chique, mas chegamos domingo à noite e não havia nada aberto: eram 22h30 e a espera para um táxi foi calculada em meia hora. Dos três restaurantes do hotel, apenas um estava aberto e tinha uma só garçonete para cuidar de todos os pedidos. "Excelente, mas..."
O hotel é excelente. Beleza, design, acomodações, limpeza. Tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado que não funcionou, em pleno verão. Pedimos algumas vezes para consertarem, e o problema não foi resolvido. Nem mesmo, uma tentativa de troca de quarto. "Excelente Hotel en Santiago, un Spa increible.."
Me gusta mucho Noi Hotel, si bien está ubicado en un barrio más residencial de Vitacura, evitas la bulla de la ciudad, y es una linda calle para caminar con tu acompañante; Varios restaurantes Top para elegir. Noi tiene una terraza en el último piso bastante estilosa. Música House en las tardes, junto a la piscina, y un ámeno Bar. Excelentes Frozen […] Margaritas. El Spa es genial, una piscina temparada justo a la T°, buen sauna de vapor, lo recomiendo. Las chicas masajistas son muy amables .. "Excelente localização, apesar de pecar em detalhes"
Estive no Noi por uma semana de férias com minha esposa. Pontos fortes: a localização é excelente (apesar de não haver estação de Metrô por perto); o hotel é bem moderno e possui quantidade de funcionários adequada; a concierge (Marcela) é muito cordial e nos ajudou MUITO com todos os assuntos que necessitamos. Pontos fracos: fiquei em uma das Terrace […] Suite, que ficam localizadas no penúltimo andar do hotel, o problema é que é possível escutar muito barulho do piso superior onde há um restaurante e a piscina, o que nos incomodou bastante (eu não ficaria na Terrace Suite novamente, nunca!). Outro ponto é que a manutenção do quarto não estava 100%, por exemplo a porta do banheiro não fechava direito, e a torneira da pia estava meio solta.
