Hotels.com 住客于 2013年02月20日做过点评米兰住宿普遍偏贵，尤其在中心地铁区域。这家酒店离地铁站、购物区、大教堂、73路巴士都很近，而且也挺方便。酒店设施不错，早餐也算丰富。就是要了点热开水，竟然收了我们5欧，还说算客房服务。。。。

"Central Location."
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very nicely furnished with contemporary items. Everything was of the best quality. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it was in a marvelous location, close the major sights whilst still being on a quiet street. The lighting in the room was very low, which made it difficult to read without a torch. For […] guests who do not speak Italian, there is no point in watching television, so reading for entertainment and planning the day is very important. The bed is extremely comfortable, but it is low to the floor, so for some people who have difficulty rising from low seats etc this could be a problem. The sink in the bathroom, although very cool looking, is not very practical. There is no plug, and it is huge yet shallow. For people travelling for extended times it is important to be able to wash some clothes out, and this can't be done in that sink. However, it did add character. Hotelet ligger mitt i allt och om man vill ta sig någon stan är det bara att ta på sig skorna och gå! Rummen är stora super frächa och kan kännas kala eftersom det är inrett i en modern anda och väldigt minimilaistiskt men personligen föredrar jag det över gamla hotellrum som är över möblerade så man inte kan röra sig! I made a report that your ventilation system is not in function.. I was told that the the system was set to ”winter modus”, which in fact is not correct. The system was not functioning at all. There was no air (oxygen) in the room, as there was no fresh air coming in through the system. Opening the window gave us fresh air, but we had to accept the […] noise from the street. Breakfast was boring. On Saturday the restaurant was full, so we had to have breakfast somewhere else….. And BTW, do accept Italian television at all time during breakfast..... I missed a desk for my computer in order to get some work done (?) Well, I do understand that this is a designhotel, but design is also about form and function. Not just about minimalistic looks….. Mycket fint hotell, som är totalt renoverat under 2011. Rummet var fräscht, rent och tyst. Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig och välkomnande. Det centrala läget gjorde att vi kunde gå överallt. "Palazzo Segreti - tolle Lage freundliches Personal"
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt an der Fussgängerzone nur ein paar Minuten zum Dom und zur Scala. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Architektur hat uns sehr gefallen - schlicht und trotzem orginell (ist aber natürlcih Geschmacksache). Das WLAN funktioniert perfekt und ist relativ schnell.Hotels.com 真实住客点评
