I was very disappointed since my we were ousted from the New Year celebrations, even after I made the payments to attend the New Year's party, I was told my reservation never made it in. The beach is very nice but the hotel is too far away from the local areas and too expensive to eat in (There are 3 local restaurants outside the hotel which servers […] really good dishes at a convenience price). We stayed here on our honeymoon and i wish I had been warned beforehand that it is more than an hour away from patong which is where all the action and fun is in Phuket. The beach was empty and there was nothing to do in the area at all. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere literally so you have no choice but to stay in the resort. This hotel was very nice. Pool and beach were beautiful. The food was very good but a little pricey compared to other restaurants on the island. This hotel was far away from the noise of the typical tourist areas...but this is exactly what I wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights here to finish our Thailand trip to be close to Phuket airport for an early flight out. The resort is not even 2 months old & we got great rates. The setting is STUNNING!!! Right next to the ocean. However this area is still undeveloped & there is nothing here (didn't bother us, as after the pace in Patong we enjoyed the quiet). But […] also meant that we relied on the hotel facilities for eating & this was more expensive. This said, the food was very high quality - awsome buffet breakfast. Staff were very hospitable & couldn't do enough for us. There are local taxis at the gate who were fantastic - one even waited for us for 5 hours while we were at 'Jungle Splash' at no cost! ホテル自体には非常に満足しています。　レストランもおいしいし、子供(4歳)もプールも楽しんでいました。　年末の利用という事でホテル側も色々とイベントを用意しており、飽きることなく過ごせました。　しかしながら、Hotels.comさんで見たときには朝食(無料)となっていたのですが、いざチェックインしたら朝食付きではないとのこと。　予約表を改めて見てみると朝食付きと言う記載はありませんでした。　今回は過信もあったという事でホテルで朝食代を支払いましたが、あの記載の仕方には問題があると思います。　ホテルとしては全く問題ありません。スタッフの対応も良かったですし、お金払って食べた朝食も非常に満足です。

ビーチでゆっくりお昼寝や読書を楽しみたかったんですがハエがとても多くてゆっくり昼寝や読書は楽しめなかったです。プールにあるデッキチェアに移動してもハエがウロウロ。レストランにもハエ。 ビーチはベストシーズン中だったのに赤い旗が立っていて泳ぐ事は出来ませんでした。 そして、海の透明度も悪いように感じました。プールもこれといってスライダーがあるわけでもなく普通のプールでした。 レストランのお味は良かったんですが、注文してから出てくるのも遅いしオーダーに来るのも遅い。パトンビーチにあるホリデイインに比べるとスタッフのレベルも低いように感じました。パトンビーチのホリデイインに泊まる事はあってもこちらには、二度と泊まる事はないと思います。

ホテルの施設もサービスもとてもいい。 しかし、ごはんが２日で飽きることと、ハエの多さが気になるところ。
