Hotel in a ideal location for Donington Park / East Midlands airport. Room was immaculate and the staff super friendly and helpful. The only negative point is that previously you were able to eat at bar / lobby area, this option is no longer available with the only options available being the restraunt or 24 hour room service

Rooms are fine but in general really disappointed with the staff at reception. They doesn't care about anything. This is what it is. It's first time ever with such a poor staff attention especially in a hotel so close to the airport. I won't repeat at all

I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions but I'm not sure I will again,in the past parking was free then last year there was a charge this time it shot up to £15 a night , the resteraunt has become very expensive mainly due to charging £6.50 for sides i.e fish and chips with chips as an extra, a basic bottle of wine £35 needless to say for the second and third nights of our stay we went elsewhere to eat.The staff as ale=ways very pleasant and professional. It's a shame the management now want to treat their customers as mugs. Without the sharp pricing practices I would have given a five star rating as Ihave done in the past.

The waiting and bar staff were lovely but the same cannot be said of the reception lady who was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The food and drink were very overpriced although we did have a nice meal. The menu is limited though.

The hotel was okay, but a bit tired. My computer wouldn’t connect to the WiFi, and the food in the restaurant was overpriced and would have been better with a normal brasserie price menu. The dining room was the same as the breakfast location and the lighting was too bright, like eating in a cafeteria.
