Nice hotel

Nice hotel, excellent comfort and the persons working there are so friendly people. Breakfast is really good, they have a restaurant service with different menu, like homemade,I recommend this place so much.

Cobro por encima de la tarifa pactada

En el.momento de realizar la reserva me indicaron que el.precio a pagar era $15500 pesos colombianos, sin embargo el hotel me cobro mas de eso $196000 pesos colombianos, no comprendo como promocionando la pagina un valor que el hotel cambia, no tiene presentación.. Es una falta de respeto con el huesped

Nice place to meet!!

L'hôtel est assez proche de l'aéroport de Medellin, mais difficile à trouver. Il possède des atouts mal exploités. Le lit n'est pas confortable et la literie mal adaptée (draps trop petits). La nuit n'a donc pas été bonne

MALA EXPERIENCIA

Muy mal. Tenia una reserva para Premium y cuando llegué me dicen "lo lamento hubo un problema y no tiene reserva". Yo viajé con mi hijo de dos años, por tanto imaginense lo critico de la situacion. Luego me dieron una cancelacion de otra persona y me pusieron en otra habitacion, pero eso si me cobraron lo mismo de la premium que habia pagado. Cuando pregunte la razon me dijeron que ya igual estaba muy barato, que ese era el precio. A su vez, nunca me avisaron que habia cena de noche nueva.....y no pude organizarme con mi hijo para poder compartir. Falta de tacto por parte de la administracion del hotel.

Muy agradable

Es un hotel acogedor, cómodo, limpio, con alrededores hermosos, árboles frutales y ambiente fenomenal! El personal es increíble, muy amable, servicial y dispuesto a ofrecer ayuda en todo momento. Fácil ubicación y cercano al centro de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great place for the money

The place is adorable, it has a lot of personality and represents the Casa Antioquena. The staff was amazing, very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was very good and it is very convenient to have a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel. They may pay a little more attention to detail to some bathroom seals and caulking , bout other than that is great for the money.

Beautiful and quiet

I wished I had my better camera and tripod so I could photograph the birds at the feeder & in the trees. There was a friendly parrot who sat on the rail as I ate breakfast. I did not see any other guests but was told they are full on weekends. The food was delicious but not cheap. Take care with the trout as it had bones but it was tasty. My bed was comfortable, the room clean, plentiful hot water and the towels were fluffy. The hotel is off by itself and is quiet. It is not in walking distance of shops and it may be difficult to find unless you know the area. My tour guide dropped me off at the hotel.

They gave away our rooms & we were left stranded

Avoid them at all costs because reservations through expedia mean NOTHING to them. Despite having 3 separate confirmed reservations for my traveling group of 5 adults and 2 young children, the hotel apparently gave away our rooms and left us all stranded at the Medellin airport at 12midnight. They did that despite me confirming reservations by email with the hotel staff 3 days prior to the trip and provided flight information for a pick-up from the airport. They put us in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation where we had to find rides and alternative hotel accommodations in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar place and with limited ability to speak Spanish.

Rio Negro

This is a nice Farmhouse type of hotel about 10 minutes from the International Airport MDE. We were able to go for a walk on the streets but there is nothing nearby without a car. Everything was good.

lovely hotel close to the airport

It is a nice hotel in a big garden with lots of animals in it, like squerrels. We had a nice 2 story apartment in the garden. Staff is friendly and food is tasting good.
