Karon Phunaka Resort & Spa - 普吉岛

环境很好，很安静，因为是在山上的原因。景观也很美，唯一美中不足的是，电梯坏了，我们住的是最高一层的，每天下山有点吃早饭有点累。

My sister and I stayed here for four nights in January. The hotel is situated up on the hill overlooking Karon. The views are amazing and the hotel is (mostly) very quiet given the location. The drawback is that you have to hike up the hill in order to get to the hotel. You also have allow extra time when you're on a tight schedule in order to wait […] for the funicular that serves levels 2-4. But the walk is pleasant and safe and there's a free shuttle down to the beach during the day. The staff was very helpful. When we asked for dry beach towels, someone was at the door within minutes. And when we locked ourselves out our safe, someone was able to remedy the situation very quickly. We had very obnoxious neighbors for a few of the nights who dragged the heavy wooden furnitute and slammed the heavy wooden doors endlessly. Be ready for alot of walking in here. As a hotel itself is nice. Room was good. I had taken the dupliex room "whatever the name is". The only reason why booking in this Hotel was the Balcony Jacuzi which is not Private at all. As a muslem I was unable to use as it is very revealing unless my wife has to dress up to in Jacuzzi. :). You can go to Cape […] Siena if you are looking for privacy. Hotel is on the top of a highland and it was VERY far to go down without a car. The hotel will charge you 100 Bhat to give you a 5 min ride down. In my Opinion, they have to make it free. Once you are down to the main road, you are in the middle of Karon beach. I like this hotel. Except of longer distance to beach, others are pretty good. The swimming pool built in hill, so you could overlook the beautiful Karon beach with sunset while taking Spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wanna go to Phuket. ^_^

飯店很新但是不論是海邊到飯店或是大廳到房間都很花時間。飯店的人敲門等約兩秒就自行開門進來，當時我在洗澡沒穿衣服也沒關浴室門。真的很莫名其妙，因為房間已打掃過，我不知道她來的目的是什麼。第二天來了一團大陸人，很吵，電梯等好久，隔天早上吃早餐沒位子，沒菜沒盤子，本來被告知30分鐘後才能來用餐，後來免強坐在吧檯，感覺很差。車來接我們但是下雨，飯店人員不幫我們拿行李也不幫我們撐傘，三個人就站在櫃檯看。飯店設備只有游泳池，景觀不錯但是不大。餐廳的七折券不適用每日特餐。特餐是吃到飽但是口味普通。
