A lovely hotel with pools and surrounding grounds. Free Wi-fi, good selection at breakfast. Staff were always attentive and friendly. My single room was rather small, the A attached to the number suggested it was built from two larger adjoining rooms (I may be mistaken).

Budget room was a decent size with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. However, sound travels through the walls a bit. Staff were helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Didn’t use the pool as the weather was cold, but towels are provided and you can lounge on the chairs outside. Full breakfast was delicious with buffet continental selection. Bus access to the hotel can be slightly limited, so plan in advance. The morning shuttle bus is useful.

I booked a single room ant it was newly decorated and very clean with very good facilities. My only comment would be that the single bed was on castors so it moved about when you were in it. It also had no headboard so the pillows fell down the back during the night. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. Hopefully double rooms have better beds. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were very good. I had a lovely cooked breakfast which was included, and it was very trasty and well cooked. Overall, all apart form the bed it was a very good stay and I enjoyed it.

Hotel, staff and breakfast were generally ok. However the low rating is due to the fact that I was kept awake all night due to the noise. This hotel has no soundproofing and I could hear person next door snoring all night, it was as if they were in my room! On top of this there was noise coming from the floor above as what seemed like staff talking, walking up and down and moving furniture about; this was at 1am!! I complained to the morning staff but they pleaded ignorance. So to summarise (and only based on one night/room), go ahead and stay hear as long as to are either a deep sleeper or don't mind staying awake all night.

Just returned, had a great time in Jersey, all the better because of our stay here. Excellent food, hotel very clean, food really was great. Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station.
