It is a good place for vacation. The place is a little bit unconvenience. If one has his own car, there is no problem for transportation. However, if go by bus, then there is one bus, No.5. the station is exactly in front of the hotel. but it takes around 30mins to travel. Surrounding area is very quiet without a lot of shops.

The only thing that desperately needs updating is the bathroom. It is not done to have a shower head over a bath tub that needs a step of about 40 cm. It's downright dangerous and impossible to use if you're not so agile anymore. I have sent an e-mail about this to Danele and got a prompt reply, which was very much appreciated..Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Threat of a charge for "excess" cleaning"
Generally OK, but surprised that you had to take the garbage out etc. and that there was the threat of an increase in charges if "excess" cleaning was needed.Expedia 真实住客点评

"Overnight stay"
We couldn't rate the staff as we did not have contact with any personnel - security entrance to building and room. The information provided was good and the room was well equipped for self catering. The whole place is a little worn, but kept clean and tidy. Overall it served our purpose of a quick visit to Canberra with comfortable accommodation.Expedia 真实住客点评
