Very friendly owners always had time to talk to us. Nice room clean and tidy.nice breakfast fresh tasty with orange juice tea or coffee and refills if you wanted plus loads of cereal if you wanted.would definitely stay here again. Ohh there is a bar as well

Good little Blackpool hotel. Host was great everywhere clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Parking on site though a bit cramped.

Fantastic and friendly

Fantastic stay. My 2 children loved the pool table and darts in the evening on return. Billy was an excellent host, always helping out whenever he could. Breakfast was lovely too.

Great little B&B

Great place to stay moments from the pleasure beach and the sandcastle water park. Breakfast was great and the owners were more than helpful with anything we asked for. Parking was available and allowed us to drop and go pretty much. Can’t recommend enough Thanks for a great stay

The owners at Withnell we’re lovely, very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble! The breakfast was great and the bed was so comfortable, me and my partner had a really good nights sleep! The Withnell Hotel is also a 2 minute walk from many attractions e.g Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark! Would definitely stay at Withnell Hotel again :)

Friendly family hotel

A great place to stay in Blackpool ,close to pleasure park and South pier ,clean room ,excellent breakfast ,bar ,Maxine and Billy friendly and very nice owners hope to be back next year wouldn't hesitate to recommend and come back to Withnell ☺😉

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Just round the corner from the pleasure beach, south pier and weatherspoons. All in all, the hotel room was quite basic, but clean.

Only stayed the one night, after a day of walking miles through the lights I was really happy to get into a really clean and comfortable bed. overall excellent service except parking was a bit crammed but the owner was more than helpful, would highly recommend a stay here, would stay again but park else where, ☺

My family really enjoyed this lovely place.

Our stay at this location was convenient, very clean and well kept. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and serve a fantastic Irish Breakfast. Blackpool was one of our favorite stops along our trip and would definitely return there.

A Little Gem!

Billy and Maxine are excellent hosts, warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble.The breakfast is outstanding, cereal,toast, juice all freely offered and the Full English highly recommended. It all made up for a slightly on the small side room which, let's be fair in Blackpool,you don't spend much time in! A great place to get your head down!

Better than the Holiday Inn.

I hated Blackpool with a passion & had always refused to go, but eventually gave in to the kids. I actually enjoyed my visit and it was interesting to see the improvements made, especially on the sea front. The Withnell was a big part of making my stay enjoyable. I wanted my kids to have the traditional 'Blackpool Experience' that I had as a child. The Withnell offered this and more. Billy & Maxine are excellent and very friendly hosts. The Hotel was good & the breakfast was excellent. Parking was not an issue and the location was great. You are right on the door step of the Pleasure Beach, the front, the South Pier and having The Velvet Coaster at the end of the street was really handy. I would recommend this Hotel. Thanks Billy/ Maxine Bil, Mo & Kids
