Excellent hotel, great staff, brilliant location and the "luxury" feel is absolutely there for the price you pay. Having more restaurants within the hotel would have helped, but Port De Soller is very near with plenty of options. Loved our time there for 4 nights and will look forward to return.

Best hotel i've ever stayed in by a long shot. Staff couldn't do enough for you, the room (superior double) was a dream, the facilities were well kept and the infinity pool was out of this world. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We had an amazing stay and recommend this to anyone.

The hotel’s low-rise facade rambling over the hillside above Port de Soller, as depicted on Jumeirah’s web site, and backed by the Tramuntana mountains – a UNESCO World heritage site, belies its luxury. And, as you would expect, the multi-lingual […] staff are extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and above all exhibit an appropriate degree of friendliness. Food? Everything from the buffet breakfasts through to the Sunset Bar serving an innovative tapas menu and that of the main restaurant, specialising in fish, was superb as was our one room service meal. This is a surprisingly warm and nice hotel suitable both adults and families with children. I was traveling with my 3 years daughter and even if there were spaces in hotel where children are not allowed (like sun set bar or infinity pool) still plenty of compensation to kids are organized. a very well equipped kid club with plenty of activities, small […] gifts - surprises left for children by room service every evening. the hotel it self and areas of swimming pool are very well maintained and beautifully set by local materials, which organically fit to style of Mallorcan natural beauty. 阅读更多信息

The staff here couldnt do enough for you, Nothing was too much trouble. It is a superb hotel, if not a little expensive on the food and drinks. More beds required around the Infinity Pool and quite a trek to the top, but once there the view is magnificent... a totally relaxing experience ! Well worth a visit I Wouldnt class it as a family hotel....

The location is simply stunning with mountain, port and sea views and we were upgraded to one of the mountain view suites which was the ultimate in luxury. The only criticisms I would have is that the breakfast service was always chaotic, people were complaining, and the food was often lukewarm or cold. Truly wonderful, you feel relaxed the second you walk into reception. All of the staff were incredibly helpful & attentive without being overbearing. Our room had stunning views. The majority of the hotel has stunning views & has been built to make the absolute best of them from practically every part of the hotel. All of the reviews that I read are […] correct, the hotel is blissful relaxation. There are 2 major downsides at the moment though, firstly, Port Soller doesn't have a very reliable taxi service, whilst this is not the fault of the hotel, it is an issue they need to address and secondly is the sun lounger shortage. My review was too long for here, it can be read on Trip Adviser….. However, we will definitely go back, we were so sad to leave and I'm sure these issues will be resolved. Very nice staff and service. Layout is not ideal. It's long and thin. No kids allowed in the sunset bar (good and bad). Lower pool and bar area makes no use of the wonderful views. Vi var veldig imponert over hvordan de greide å kombinere høy standard og luksus med personlig service og barnevennlighet. Efter att ha bott i Dubai och besökt en rad av Jumeirahs hotell och restauranger var vi nyfikna på om Jumeirah skulle kunna leva upp till samma servicestandard i Europa. Vi blev positivt förvånade av hur service minded, uppmärksamma och personliga personalen på hotellet.
