I was terribly disappointed with the hotel at first sight of room. Toilet and tub in one part and sink outside door. It was shabby looking and the wifi was down. I need wifi to enjoy my travelling, took over two hours to get it. The pool was great and clean but hot tub was ice cold. Hot by morning though. The first clerk was crummy she did not answer […] any questions really and was not that nice. But after that the staff were awesome. Breakfast in morn was good, but coffee had to be made and stuff replenished, and we had to keep going to ask all the time, which I hate. I hate bothering the staff I just want everything all ready! There were things stuck on the walls, the night stand had hardened crud on it, we ended up sleeping in our clothes with t-shirts over the pillows because we didn't want our skin on the sheets. Considering that there was confusion with the booking (management couldn't find it when we arrived) and we that we had to find someone to unlock the breakfast room, the overnight stay actually wasn't bad. The room was comfortable and clean.

Dale and I were in Kamloops for a funeral and needed comforting surroundings for the night. They offered an exceptionally clean room and amazing customer service..including supporting us through a fender-bender on their property.

Our host and hostess were lovely. They upgraded us from a queen room to a king room at no extra charge just because they could. I would book here again with no hesitation.
