The Stay was Ok. They do not have parking space. The vehicle is parked on the Road. The guard scratched my brand new Honda Brio. It was very disappointing and very the behaviour of the staff was also not that good in handling the situation. A hotel not to be recommended...........Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Was disappointed"
I was disappointed with the Maharaja Suite I got from Expedia. The rate for maharaja suite is just not worth going to Ambassador hotel. Location of the hotel is in the middle of the crowded market with very small entry space and no parking space. Floor rooms were very dirty which was cleaned after we complained. "The worst hotel. Avoid"
No hot water (staff did offer to bring a bucket of hot water and stated hot water only comes during the morning, which it doesn't). Location is bad, staff unfrendly (lady was happy and smiley though), room wasn't made up after I came back from a long day, food was awful, Wifi only in reception, room was hot and very humid and had a horrible smell.
