Smart located and designed, good taste hotel with very nice staff: A stone thrown distance from city center which make it very tranquile, not full of visiters and travellers in lobby, a feeling of luxury and private service. We love breakfast everyday on their floating wood deck, the garden is calm and the size is intime, the small fault is the step constructed not with the even height You can choose their romatic suttle speed boat and almost private mini-bus to city within only 20 mins, meanwhile you can have a look at the local people's everyday life. Situated in the island-like district, not only can you discovery the Saingon city beauty, you can also take their offered free bicycle to enjoy vientnamess coutryside, just riding along the narrow street in front of the hotel, and find several pretty tourist village" are open spaced, full of tropical plants and well-designed landscape, the amount of local food cout gardens are dilicious and the cost is very affortable. We've passed a so wonderful vacation there and sure will choose next time.

Hotels.com 住客于 2013年02月22日做过点评nikko 的服务非常好，我的英文不好，前台的的小伙子也不会中文，我们相互直接交流了很久，他很有耐心。入住后，很快客房服务就给我们送来了迎宾小花和巧克力。酒店的游泳池也很不错，健身房设施齐全。最值得称道的是酒店2楼的自助餐很划算，价格便宜量又足，龙虾是不限量的，并且出品很快，下订单的服务员还能用中文说出清蒸这样非常亲切的词汇，下次如果再到saigon，还住这里。

"Hotel Overview"
For any travellers wishing to stay at this hotel let me list the good points:- Wi-Fi in room very good, TV channels excellent about 70 channels so something for everyone, located in a central part of district 1, we had a suite which is bigger than the normal room and asked for a room at the back which they gave us and even though the room had windows […] we couldnt hear any sounds at all. For bad points, the shower pressure is not good so goes from hot to cold all through the shower which isnt good for young children, some at reception speak good english but other personnel speak very little and understand less. "Clean, new and modern at a great price"
We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied with the hotel. All the rooms and facilities look like new and are well maintained. The room is on the small side, but it has a large window, spacious and clean bathroom and all the amenities you would need for business or holiday travel, including cable TV! Breakfast was good, Vietnamese-style congee […] or noodles, or omelette for Western appetites. The location was also good, the street itself has a lot of high-street fashion stores like Mango, Diesel etc. and is about 15-20 mins walking distance to Dong Khai St or a $2 taxi ride. 1) Poor customer service - no appropriate service was rendered in light of the non functioning air-condition in the room. Downgraded without first informing us and didn't bother explain to us what went wrong and whether a relocation to another room will be happening. Its' a great choice for a hotel in Saigon. We have been in 4 different hotels in this city during the whole stay, and this is by far the best one we have stayed, and at the same price than the others. "Best 3 star hotel for the money in Saigon"
I am from the USA and have been living in Vietnam for 8 years. This hotel is the best value in Saigon. The rooms are small-medium but very clean and comfortable. The front desk often upgrades me when they do not have a double bed in the class I booked( always the small room) . Last time I was upgraded to the best room for this reason. Great location […] near Pham Ngu Lao, but on an upscale shopping street far enough away from all the scammers and criminals that infest Pham Ngu Lao. "Perfect location in HCMC, good value for money"
Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Located perfect in HCMC - walking distance to most "must-sees"; 10 minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, 10 minute walk to Saigon River, 15 minute walk to War Museum. 25-30 minutes in taxi to airport. Breakfast is good with wide selection of "western" food; (scrambled eggs made upon request, omelettes, […] bacon, toast, baguettes. Wide selection of "eastern" breakfast as well (Phó, fried rice etc).
