Staff at desk friendly and helpful. Problems: we wanted to open a window but they are locked by key. Only the housekeeping staff have a key and they leave at 4 pm. Cool air outside but stuffy in the room. We found a piece of dried feces in the bathroom behind the door --- maybe from a pet as the hotel allows pets. Great location in Amsterdam - very easy to get to and from Schipol Airport (Bus 197), city centre and RAI (tram 12). Room very clean, spacious and in good condition. Nice bathroom. Beds on the soft side. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

I'll stay here next time when I'll be around. Downtown, Red-light district is walking distance. Nice clean room. We stayed in room 107 that is located at the back of the building thus you needed to walk thru a labyrinth feel of pathway.

Upon arrival to the room, although it was a 3* it felt like a 5*. Very clean and very nicely presented. Bathroom is spacious and very well equiped with towels, soaps and bits. The room was made up ever second day and they did a very good job of it considering we were a very messy bunch. Breakfast is optional but we decided not to take them up on the offer. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the nearest tram stop which is a 15 min ride to the center of amsterdam. Staff really nasty and not hospitable! We arrived 20 minutes prior to check in and they wouldn't let us check into our room, which was ready Parking NOT available for overnight. You really have to park outside the city then take a bus in.

It ticks all checkmarks on value for money - only 30 minutes walk from central station, 5 minute walk from the "central" Leidsplein, 15-20 minute walk to all museums and touristy things. This is a relatively new hotel but I think it will do well in the future. The room was very large (with very high ceilings), the bathroom was very nice and large with a large shower (rare for Europe) with a glass shower door (no showering in the middle of the bathroom). The location is a little out of the city center but walking distance to anywhere. Tram to Amsterdam Centraal picks up right outside. The only things I didn't like: hairs on the (clean?) towels in the bathroom, only provided with 2 small towels and 2 hand towels (no towel to go on the floor to soak up water and no wash cloths), only gave one pillow each bed, the TV had fuzzy reception on all the channels, and they have no elevator and steep stairs so lugging your suitcase up is a challenge. My boyfriend and I stayed here during a backpacking trip in August 2012. This was one of our favourite hotels of the trip! Staff are friendly and accommodating (gave us a late check out at no charge). Rooms are huge and clean! Very comfortable beds and bathrooms are very clean and large with great amenities. Went on trip advisor and saw some quite bad ratings but we thought it was great. Receptionists were all helpful none of them were rude at all. Broadband worked perfectly in our room and all three of us each had a comfy bed 5 minutes from great bars and 35 mins walk from the train station so ok location. The only good thing abt this hotel is its convenient location. Nothing else is worth a praise:1. We had booked a double room only to to find ourselves in a room with 2 single beds. Disaster!!! Just run! Away from this hell of an improvisation. Air conditioner did not work at all. At the same time windows could not be opened at all (fully fixed). The result: the worst 3 nights in my life!!! The temperature in the room during the night even was higher then 40 degrees Celsius. The hotel is in a nice area, fine for walking. The free wifi does not extend past the 2nd floor, however, and we were on the 4th floor...so I sat on the stairs two flights down when I had to use the internet. They were doing extensive renovations while we were there, and the steep stairs and bannisters were covered with plastic and dangerously slippery, […] but they refused to move our room or allow us to uncover the stairs/bannister. The TV was not hooked up (not important to us, but might be to someone else). In addition, our room had a brightly lit exit sign right over the door which kept half the room lit up all the time, difficult for sleeping. We wound up putting two mattresses on the bathroom floor to have the room dark enough to sleep in. I wasn't thrilled with the hotel staff, they never seemed to have time to answer questions. Väldigt bra läge - nära Leidseplein, Museumplein, Vondelpark och gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter staden har att erbjuda. Mycket trevlig & hjälpsam personal, rummet är enkelt men har alla bekvämligheter. Bra värde för pengarna.

Hotellrom i bakgården til hotellet. Grei standard, ingen støy. Frokost var OK. Rommet vendte inn mot midten av hotellet og hadde ikke vinduer ut mot frisk luft, derfor lavere score på denne selv om det fungerte greit for en natt. Hyggelig betjening, men de sendte meg til en Van Gogh utstilling som bare var kopier av de virkelige bildene. Tror/håper […] det var en feil og ikke bevist. First we got room at ground floor and it was really cold (it is winter time). After a talk with the manager we got new room witch was excellent. The hotel was clean and quiet and in good condition. We would recommend this hotel as the location is great and the rate is fair.

중앙역에서 트램으로 이동해야 해서 거리가 있습니다만 캐널크루즈 시작지점이나 하이네켄 체험관, stedelijk 등 뮤지엄지구는 걸어갈만한 거리여서 한적하고 여유롭게 관람 및 투어를 할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다. 저렴하지만 방은 거의 새건물처럼 깨끗하고 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 폰델파크와도 가까워 조용하게 머물기 좋습니다. 스텝때문에 소소하게 감정이 상하긴 했으나 크게 신경쓸만한 수준은 아니네요. 다른데도 그렇겠지만 도시세금을 체크인할 때 내야 하니 참고하세요

受付の女性が丁寧だった。 建物も綺麗で心地良く過ごせました。 部屋の中にフリーのティーバックなどがあり、よかったです 大体、この値段のホテルにはないので。 朝食もバイキング形式ですが、パンの種類も豊富で満足です。 空港行きのタクシーも手配してもらえて便利でした。（値段も定額）

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The only minus was the breakfast room, which was in the basement and the stairs were very challenging for anyone any trouble with walking. Room was very nice and quiet in spite of a huge window. Very recommended!

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. Mein Zimmer war schon fertig, was man am Geruch nach Farbe gemerkt hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Leider kann man die Fenster der Hotelzimmer nicht öffnen, das heißt wenn es draußen heiß ist oder nach Farbe mieft, dann muß man damit leben, weil die Klimaanlage nicht viel taugt. Am Morgen beim Checkout habe […] ich mitbekommen wie die Dame am Empfang mit ihrem Chef telefoniert hat und ihm erklärt hat, das sich die Gäste über die Hitze in ihren Zimmern beschwert hätten, die Klimaanlage nichts taugt und sie keine Ventilatoren mehr hat um sie an die Gäste zu verteilen. Scheint also ein allgemeines Problem in dem Hotel zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, man kann die Innenstadt in 5 min zu Fuß erreichen. Check in ist erst ab 14:00 und nicht eine Minute früher! Das Personal unternimmt nicht mal den Versuch zu prüfen ob das Zimmer vielleicht schon fertig ist, auch nicht wenn man um 13:20 dort ankommt. Das Hotel hat keinen Raum wo es das Gepäck der Gäste zwischen lagert, daher war die eher kleine Lobby um 13:20 voll gestopft mit mindestens 30 Koffern + Jacken, Mänteln, Rucksäcken 阅读更多信息
