I loved the location - it was within walking distance to the city core, museum, art gallery, gardens etc. The view, particularly at night from the back... porch, was fabulous. My only negative comment would be the lack of availability of staff. I didn't have a phone and on two occasions was searching for someone to allow me use in the office.
