"Great Carlisle hotel"
From the moment we arrived the owner made us feel at home. The service he provided during our stay was top notch. The room was cosy and was everything we needed during our short break in Carlisle. His knowledge of the area was excellent, recommending different places to visit each morning. The breakfast at the Holly Trees Hotel was lovely, guests […] were given the chance to pick what they would like for the follow day for cooked breakfast. "Supergodt og venlig atmosfære"
Værten Stephen var særdeles hjælpsom og en venlig person. Man skulle kun lige være ude af værelset for en kort tid, så var der tjekket op på, om der manglede noget. Og morgenmad / betjening var supergod og helt frisk lavet. Vi fik også serveret kaffe med ristet brød om aftenen - det var ikke en del af aftalen men en stor gestus fra hans side.
