Gave away our room because we went to check in after midnight. We called to inform them that morning that we would be a late arrival after a concert. They stated that was fine. When we got there the person working the front desk said we should have assumed arriving after midnight was not okay…it was honestly a nightmare. Hotels.com wasn’t helpful either. Told us they could not help up find an alternative place to stay. 12:15 am, 3 hours from home, after standing outside in 80 degrees/sun at a concert for 6 plus hours. Horrible. Will NOT be staying at a red roof inn ever again or using hotels.com to help with booking.

Parking and location are great, but the room was disgustingly dirty when we arrived (hair in the shower drain, mildew in the shower, dirty and ripped sheets). We requested clean sheets and a thorough cleaning to the room but only got the sheets. Staff was not at all helpful. We will not be back.

I had a reservation and upon arrival, I was informed that my stay was no longer available and was told that I booked the wrong room. The staff claimed I had never booked a double, despite me providing my reservation confirmation and receipt clearly showing that I had. The room that they had on file for me would have been acceptable if I had been traveling alone. However, I had plans with a friend, and the room did not meet our needs. The hotel refused to honor my confirmed reservation or provide a suitable accommodation, leaving us with no choice but to drive around town searching for another hotel. To make matters worse, I have not received a refund, and the hotel refused to cancel the reservation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and will never book with them again!

The whole hotel had a musty smell. Very outdated and dirty!! Mattresses were stained, broken furniture. You could barely understand the staff and it was not disclosed at time of booking that you have to pay another $60 once you check in. Waited around for 20-30 min the next morning for someone to come get us checked out

This property is very run down it needs a lot of work the hallway carpet had holes in it and was sturdy the room the sink had cracks in it the desk chair was missing a wheel the nightstand and headboard had chips in it the telephone did not work so I had to go downstairs to find out how to connect to the internet they don't tell you or give you a car thing with your room number so you have to keep telling yourself to remember some people don't always remember their room number which was the case where some lady forgotten was trying to get into my room also the people had a tissue in it there was no glass there and had a tissue blocking the people it needs a lot of work

The power was knocked out from early evening and wasn't on the next morning which I'm not putting the blame the hotel..but you'd think there'd be a back up Genny! You'd think they would have at least offered a complimentary stay at some other time! No apologies or anything.

I don't think that the cartons have been washed since my last stay 2 years ago, they were dirty standing alll over them, Hair dryer holder no hair dryer Iron and ironing board holder and where not there Was not happy when I had to give a refundable $60. Dep. @ check in I will not be using this facility again.

We have stayed here before, but this time it was not good. The room had only 1 towel, half a roll of toilet paper, no hair dryer (but the wal rack was there), and the A/C was subpar. There were no drinking cups however there was an ice bucket. :/ My husband described the 3 small pillows "as flat as the Kansas praire." And when our pizza was delivered to the front desk instead of our room, no one called to tell us. Granted, the delivery driver was at fault in that too, but the front desk staff was there too. The room key actually says, "Need Room Service? Dominos delivers." Dont be fooled.... they do not. The sheets were stained, but they were clean. The furniture was broken and dingy. Parking was fine. We will stay elsewhere next time, even if we do have to spend more.

Furnace was on full blast when I arrived. The room was 85°. Both the sink and bathtub were running when I arrived, which was confusing. Chair in room was broken. Marks on curtain could have been mold or blood.
