房间有点小,只有去码头和机场的巴士, 去官也街和大三巴市区要转去别酒店 搭別 巴士,真不方便, 整体来说酒店很华丽,干净清洁很舒服,,, 酒店服务, 好味餐馆服务很好,,,谢㴬你们。。 香港服务真的很差,花钱受气 你们让我们有如贵宾服务, 下次我们还会再来澳门^^

遇中國過年, 人太多, 用餐人多,無品質,且還要加20%

氹仔码头出来免费大巴到酒店，去大三巴可以乘去港澳码头的免费大巴到码头后转新葡京公司的免费巴士下车后步行就到，离威尼斯人有电梯的人行步道，超级方便。酒店的价格性价比很高，是周围最便宜的，酒店旁边的购物中心有美食广场吃饭也便宜。酒店的装修没的说，可惜WIFi不免费，如果免费就完美了。

酒店很新，赶上优惠时，值得一住。

酒店隶属于金沙城中心，周围有holiday inn和威尼斯人，从闸口或机场，以及葡京都有车，15min一班，接驳于酒店，所以虽然地理位置偏，但很方便。酒店自身与周边酒店有足够的赌场，购物也多。只是没发现周围有吃小吃的地方或夜市，这是不足的。总体感觉很好。

喜來登不錯，畢竟是國際的旅店。本來9/30很早就到了，但要到下午三點才能進房是感覺慢了一點。不過酒店還是不錯的，很新很乾淨、服務人員也很親切。下次我還會選擇此間飯店！

Check in very fast as there are many counters. Room is clean and bed is very soft and comfy. The twin bed is 2 double (bigger than super single and smaller than queen size). Free Wifi in the lobby area. Free transport to zhuhai custom and port. To town just need to change bus at Galaxy Hotel (interchange).

despite the official check in time at 2-3pm, we were allowed to check in at 11am. That gave us time to have a short rest and freshen up before setting out. This is a really beautiful hotel with great staff and great facilities. Also the first time I found really good wifi on our whole trip to China! :-) It was great to be a short walk from the Venetian. Speaking of the Venetian stop by McSorley's Pub if you are missing Western food and the Bellini Lounge for a great band and friendly waitresses.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is good. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and very polite and alway cheerful. A little disappointed that hotel guests were not given compliment and special price tickets to event held in the hotel location. ( eg. CSI exhibition ). There should also be free wifi to the room.

Very nice, clean hotel. We stayed in the family suite which was basically 2 adjoining rooms. It had a great set up for the kids, bunk beds, tv with playstation and a game, kids own bathroom, bathrobes etc... The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location not good, not much shuttle bus service, need to go to Galaxy hotel for more shuttle bus. The bed is big but too soft.

I stayed for 3 nights at Sheraton Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. I stayed at a non-smoking floor twin sharing room and room is very clean and bigger than my expectation. The hotel has free airport transfer bus to and from the airport and the Taipai ferry ternimal. Just look out for the Yellow Bus which has the huge "Cotai Strip/Central" wordings […] on the side of the bus. I was offered free SPG membership upon arrival and was given free wifi as a result. The Sheraton Macau hotel is link to the biggest hotel in the world (Venetian) via a star bridge and is very convenient, about 10 mins walk. I felt quite safe even when I travelled back from Venetian to Sheraton around 3am. Overall, thumbs up for this hotel and I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come back Macao. 阅读更多信息
