"Would definitely recommend"
I really enjoyed it. The staff was great and very accommodating. The location is only a few blocks from 6th st and the rooms and beds are spacious and comfortable. I know it doesnt have a rooftop pool but it was great for the convenience and price.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

This hotel is fairly new and in pristine condition. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast had many options. The workout facility had plenty of modern equipment (free weights, 3 treadmills, bikes and one weight machine) and free headphones, water & towels. I enjoyed the stay. Very easy and very, almost too friendly staff! I loved the location too. I was able to walk to all the yelp/tripadvisor recommended locations. The hotel was nice but not the best Hyatt Place we have stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice but the beds where not comfortable. Also, the eggs for the breakfast tasted like they were fake. Otherwise, everything was nice.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Friendly, no frills comfort in good location"
The hotel is new and clean, and our room was spacious. It has comfortable beds and nice flat screen TV. The people behind the front desk are very friendly and helpful. We never tried the complimentary breakfast, which is served in the lobby. There's a bar and a Starbucks-type coffee and pastry counter. The location is very convenient for the Convention […] Center. You can't be much closer. There's a good, low-key crepe cafe around the corner for breakfast or lunch. It's close to Congress street and the bridge over Congress which crosses the lake. A short walk to 6th Street activity. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Only inconvenience is that there's a lot of construction going on nearby with many of the sidewalks closed. The children that were with me were so impressed and amazed by how helpful and nice everyone was. They were also impressed with the breakfast. "Great location, nice rooms"
The hotel staff was attentive. The rooms were nicer than expected. The complimentary breakfast was also nicer than expected. The only issue were no safe in the room & also, the elevator wasn't working perfectly.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"New Hotel with an Amazing Staff"
Overall, this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the time we pulled up outside, we were treated with courtesy, respect, and humor.The stay was for a friend's Birthday, and they provided her with a complimentary beverage of her choice. Anything that we needed was provided instantly, from information to extra shampoo. The only issue I had was that the […] soundproofing between the rooms (and between the sleeping and bathroom area) is fairly poor. Loud conversations from neighbors sounded like they were taking place inside part of our room. That one limitation aside, the room was fantastic. Comfortable beds, spacious, and clean.
