I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The service was great. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly (which seems to be the case all through out Dubai). The hotel is located directly across from the public beach (or 20 mins away by free shuttle from the private beach). Unfortunately, there is construction, so you need to walk a few minutes […] down the strip to be able to access the beach. We barely noticed the construction though, which is 24 hours. We were on a high floor so the noise level was negligible. The construction can't really be avoided. It is pretty much everywhere in Dubai and especially JBR. I would definitely recommend the hotel. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and we had a balcony with an ocean view. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel so you have plenty of options. 阅读更多信息

Really only one gripe...The shuttle bus took 2 hours to go from Mall of the Emirates to the hotel. It was a Saturday, so traffic was not a factor. In a city where the equivalent taxi would have been roughly $10, it was a waste of our time. With a young baby on board, skip the shuttle and cab it.

Hotel was excellent. Construction was slightly annoying but did not spoil things. Brasserie buffet very good value and coffee shop also very good. All staff very helpful and pleasant.

were waiting for 40 minutes (with couple of reminders) till we got requested ironing desk. Awful smell coming out of toilet/bathroom during whole stay.

The hotel is newly built and right adjacent to the walk in the JBR area. The service staff is excellent. Restaurants and beach are closeby. The hotel also has access to a private beach which is half an hour away by a free hotel shuttle. We loved the shuttles to parts of towns and made good use of them. Really great hotel. The facility to get the shuttle to the JA beach resort excellent as this gave us the best of both worlds. Knew about the building work so was okay with that and did not hear it when in the room. Surprise birthday cake from the hotel on my birthday, which was a lovely touch! Very accommodating towards our 23 month old son.

A fantastic experience. This hotel gets it! Attentive, genuinely interested in my needs and at last a hotel where I was able to connect to the internet in 30 sec without paying extra, battling with passwords, restricted access and rip-off connection prices.

Helt topp hotell. Lå fint til i forhold til marinaen. Utrolig bra service fra alle som jobba der. Alle var blide og hyggelige. Snakka godt engelsk. Flott og reint rom. Kjempebra frokost. Eneste lille minus var at det var nesten ikke sol ved bassenget, og litt lite senger ved basseng område i forhold til gjester.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel en Février 2013 pour des vacances avec notre petite fille de 18 mois. Tout était parfait, l'hôtel est tout nouveau (ouvert en Déc 2012). Très propre, le staff est toujours à l'écoute pour que tout se passe pour le mieux. L'accueil était parfait avec un petit jus de lemon-mint. Nous avons reçu comme demandé une […] chambre au 23e étage #sur 25# avec vue sur la mer et sur la Palm. Chambre grandre, très propre, canapé, grand lit, balcon, panier de fruits, salle de bain avec baignoire. La chambre est faite 2 fois par jour. Nous avions une club room ce qui nous donnait accès au lounge au 24e etage.. très belle vue au petit déjeuner et personnel au petit soin, très agréable. La piscine est à l'ombre mais ce n'est pas plus mal quand il fait 35 degrés. Sinon, rien n'empeche d'aller à la piscine d'un autre hôtel. La plage est à 3 minutes à pieds et nous pouvons y emmener les serviettes et parasol de l'hôtel. L'hôtel propose des navettes gratuites pour aller au mall. Nous l'avons utilisée pour aller au Dubai mall... attention la navette part pile à l'heure. C'est aussi possible d'y aller en metro, nous l'avons utilisé une fois, station à 10 min a pieds de l'hôtel, trajet 1,5 €. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, juste sur the walk, il y a donc plein de restos, bars, petits magasins à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour le rapport qualité/prix, pour son emplacement et ses services. Nous y retournerons volontiers. 阅读更多信息

Sorprendente la meta: Dubai; gradevole il volo con Emitares (sarebbe stato perfetto se non avessimo avuto un ritardo di un'ora al ritorno), ma fuori da ogni aspettativa l'Ocean view Hotel. Coccolati da uno staff attento e non invadente in una struttura nuova e accogliente...abbiamo trascorso tre giorni fantastici!! Merita le 5 stelle.
