boutiques and galleries of Sloane Square. Cheval
Phoenix House is your very own private residence in
London/ complete with dedicated 24 hour concierge. This
residence consists of spacious one bedroom apartments.
The non smoking apartments provide a fully-fitted
kitchen including dishwasher/fridge/ freezer/
washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machines. We provide
goose down duvets/ 400 thread count Egyptian cotton
Frette linen. On arrival Aveda toiletries and our
Well-Being Welcome Tray. All apartments have LED
televisions/ Blu Ray DVD players/ ipod docking stations
and digital cordless phone with direct dial and
answering machine. There is a safe in all apartments.

"good hotel"
Hotels.com 住客于 2013年02月22日做过点评some corridors are repainting and it is smelled now. Windows need repaint also i think. Other quipments are good. Small room but it is enought for two considering the standard of London's higher room rate.

"Convenient location but weird room"
Hotels.com 住客于 2013年02月19日做过点评It is the first hotel that I stayed in London. The location is quite good from Paddington Station. If you are taking the Heathrow Express or Connect to London, the fist stop has to be Paddington Station. It is more convenient after a long flight. But it is a bit difficult when you are in the Station for the first time. It has to be the exit next to the canal otherwise, you will go around about 30min at least to find the hotel. Take the canal exit and just walk about 8-10min you will find it among several new commerical and office highrise. Basically it is a business hotel. The checkin is rapid and service is good. But room looks a bit weird. The faciily in the bathroom is definitely designed for the diabled people. But the problem lies with the shower. It has no basin to prevent the water running around. After a single shower it will make the bathroom full of water flowing and you can't do anything about it. And it is not right that we have not been informed before checkin.
