This is not a hotel - more like an apartment. There is no reception (you have to contact the owner with your arrival time) and there is no safe for... valuables. Our room was tiny (it basically just had enough space to squeeze in a double bed), but since we spent most of the time sightseeing, we didn't mind this too much. The bed was very comfy. There are no cupboards for clothes - just baskets in the wall and a few hangers from a railing attached to the wall so it seems to be suitable for a short stay rather than a long stay. It was very quiet at night which is good. The one surprising fact was that we had to share our bathroom and it is not attached to the room - you have to walk down the corridor. The bathroom should be cleaned more often since there were quite a few people using it. The owner was really friendly and provided advice about where to go. The airport shuttle is really nearby and the old town (Barrio Gothic) and Las Ramblas are a short walk away so the location was excellent. I gave this hotel 3/5 because of the location.
