We walked to the room and the hallway was dirty and smelled of marijuana. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she was non-responsive. We checked out without moving one suitcase into the room. We knew we were responsible for 1 night out if the 3 and are waiting for our refund. This IHG property was independently owned and did not recommend another IHG property. We are members and wanted to stay in an IHG property. We still have not heard from the hotel and there is no refund yet. I do not recommend!

I was treated so rudely after arriving to the hotel who ever the front desk lady was so rude to me and my 6 yr old son. After the room was paid for just to get there and refuse us to check in cause they dont except the card i used to pay for the room then threatened me infront of my son that she could call the police and my son can watch me go to jail. Acter asking for a management she tells me theres no one there and that i can leave.
