First time in Rome, and could not have chosen a more appropriate place to stay! The nearby restaurants l, the international flair, and the ease of being in the heart of Ancient Rome! Cannot be beat.

Great apartment directly in front of the colosseum! From the window you could have a perfect view. The apartment is breaking down, shower head doesn’t have enough pressure.also, since there is no shower curtain water goes everywhere which is making the door of the bathroom have mold:breaking down from water damage. I would stay again, just needs to be maintained. Also the AC is AMAZING.

We enjoyed our stay here very much the place is lovely with the decor we would come back here again when we come back in June , the colosseum is steps away beautiful in day & nite the foods are all around you to the left & right great meals & drinks great service . Amazing location with view of the Colosseo. We had a very spacious room with a convenient lift to bring our luggage to our room. Property is accessible from train station & 2 short stops on the metro. Many restaurants located steps away from property. The host even arranged taxi service to pick up/drop off to the airport.

This place was an amazing find. Right across the road from the Colosseum, close to the Metro, a couple of restaurants on the ground floor, easy walking distance to a supermarket, and more cafes and restaurants. The room itself was clean, air-conditioned and had a fantastic view. The owners/managers were really helpful. I always wondered who lived behind those big wooden doors in the beautiful old apartment buildings in Rome. I did :-) for 3 wonderful nights.

it seemed like a great location by the colosseum and all but there was a LOT of noise from all the visitors. it was very hot and the AC did not work a well as we are used to the the states. the person working at the counter wanted us to pay for the city tax with cash and not a card?

#1 for location! 5seconds away from the colosseum! Claudia the host was amazing and took care of our extra needs, even offered to store our bags after check-out so we could tour Rome for the day without our luggage. I recommend downloading Whatsapp to message back and forth if you dont have italian sim card. Everything very clean, nice AC, bathroom is well suited, good hairdryer for the wife!

Pros and Cons, but overall a great stay

Nice rooms, and they were kept clean each day. AC didn’t seem to work great, but the window was easy to open to let in fresh air. We never interacted with anyone at the front desk, which was a little weird. Claudia was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, including videos of how to enter the property since we had to check in very late around midnight. Was the only place we stayed in Italy that required we pay the tax with cash. Was also the best shower we had. Breakfast options were limited to instant coffee, but there is restaurant at the bottom of the building. Is located on the 3rd floor, so steps got to be a little annoying. Elevator is a little retro and small so not super convenient to use everyone. Location is pretty solid, straight across from Colosseum and a short walk to the Colosseo metro station. Maps are a little deceiving though, as there is a hill with steps between the property and the Colosseum, so the walk is a little more involved than you might think at first. The views from the room are pretty good, with a view of a slice of the Colosseum and of the Temple of Venus. Not quite a panoramic view as property name suggests, but that could have just been our specific room. A little noisy at night, but that’s somewhat to be expected given how close we were to a popular attraction.

Great place to stay.

The location, the hosts, and the comfort were all amazing. The hosts were fantastic about communicating what ever we needed to know, to allow for an enjoyable and easy stay. And it really is as close to the Colosseum as advertised.
