This place is a hidden gem. Quiet, serene, a wonderful experience. Quietly settled in a tropical Forrest location and consists of 6 individual and very spacious houses. While they could have easily fitted more houses for more profit, they deliberately kept it with ample space and it is just stunning. The houses are not new, but well maintained and with astonishing carpentry on doors, stairs, everywhere. The steel roofs are covered with palm leafs making the 6 houses scattered around the park look like something straight out of Jurassic World. Staff is super service minded and attentive, the check-in is very comfortable and I.e. everytime we went to the pool, a member of staff would deliver us beach towels and cold water & glasses complimentary within few minutes without us even asking. The Swiss owner Marcel is a wonderful character, and always hovers around the property, making sure the guests are all happy and content. The beach is very natural, go there to collect shells and meet the neighbors - local fishermen who collect shells for dinner at the low tide. The sunset is amazing from the beach in spite of the sun setting just behind land (light is stunning). The restaurant, close to an artpiece in itself, built directly against the rock formations of the area, with extreme attention to detail and expert carpentry, is an experience in itself. Combined with great food and amazing staff, I am out of space for praising this place which we enjoyed so very much staying at.
