"Location was great, but check in truly wasn’t until 10pm which is crazy. We had our Korean friend call and confirm and they reaffirmed check in time wasn’t until 10. Also to note, there is no dead bolt or door chain on the rooms. I understand Korea is a very safe country, but would prefer to sleep in a space that can not be simply unlocked electronically."

It was clear it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests: there was accumulated dirt and dust everywhere, and there was also hair on the floor, the toilet, and the bedding. There was even a small piece of plastic packaging on the floor left by a previous guest, that hadn't been cleaned away! There were also dark spots that looked like mold on the walls and the ceiling. "Richard is a great host! He is always helpful and makes sure that everything goes smoothly. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Sinchon area is the best, very lively, with many cafes, restaurants and shops around. Will definitely go back in my next stay in Seoul! Super recommended"
