Hotel Olimpia
10/10 Excellent
"Was very happy to stay here and will choose this hotel in the future. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable, and loved that there was a kettle in the room. Breakfast was excellent!"
"Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). The breakfast they offer is excellent and convenient.
Just a warning unrelated to this hotel, DON’T GO TO DINNER AT THE HOTEL DES ALPES, which is across the street. While it may seem convenient, we regretted going there. Staff were very strange and off putting and the food was underwhelming and overpriced."
"Excellent location, both within the town and for visiting nearby landmarks. The hotel itself is charming, and the restaurant is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms feel somewhat dated, and the carpeting needs to be replaced. Also, be aware that parking is limited. We were fortunate to find a space at check-in, but availability may be challenging during busier periods."
"Great location on the main road through town. It was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bad! The staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in and when we had some room card problems. The provided breakfast was amazing!!! Much more than expected with many choices! Room had a fantastic view of the mountains!"
"This place is superior in terms of everything. I gave 5 star rating on my last stay till I got food poisoning today from the breakfast. They worked really hard to make the place nice. I really don’t know which food caused me ill and I could not do hiking instead of keeping throwing up."
"In the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo, this Hotel has great views of the mountains. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a two room, two bathroom, two balcony hotel room. There is a small gym and they have a traditional continental breakfast. Would stay again!"
"The entire hotel was clean and fresh. The owner and staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was lovely as well with plenty of options. The location is outstanding with mountains all around. If you are looking for a mountain getaway in Cortina, this hotel has it all. I will stay here again."
