"Great location. Walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants. The room had a peculiar smell n here was no air conditioning. We had to leave the windows open n the construction on the street below was very noisy. The breakfast was decent"
"The place was very nice with original and classic decoration. Tidy and comfortable.
One detail, one bed was small and my son had no space to turn around. Other than that, the neighborhood is historical and safe and the personnel was respectful and cooperative."
"The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and lovely view of the mountains.
We found the staff to be a little rude and we noticed some people on arrival got a glass of fizz and others did not, we did not and we were on our honeymoon so would have been nice.
Breakfast was nice.
I got a massage which was so lovely, bit of a strange set up, spa/pool area."
"We only had an afternoon and an morning to be able to visit the falls due to a very busy schedule but we couldn't leave Brasil without visiting the world famous Iguazu Falls (I am a photographer, and my wife needed a rest from an intense meeting schedule. The access to the falls of the hotel is superb. The staff of hotel attentive and hotel itself lovely with view and artwork on wall. Pool is cold!!!! but great spa to warm up with. Only negative is the sound of helicopters on tour and that is beyond hotel's control. "
