"A classic hotel with an old Parisian charm and style. The breakfast is a simple, traditional continental offering. It’s conveniently located not far from Avenida 9 de Julio and several major landmarks. The surrounding neighborhood is currently in transition and feels a bit run-down. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean, featuring elegant, classic Parisian décor."
"Room wasn’t cleaned properly.. hairs everywhere, staff unreal .. front desk staff had no idea of what to do around the area.. first time I heard check out at 10am.. never anywhere in the world I stayed a check out was so early in the morning.. I paid ahead for 48 hr parking but less than 24hrs didn’t need it anymore and when I asked for a refund for the other 24 hrs it was a very bla rant NO! You paid already no refunds!!when I asked for an extra 1 or 2 hrs courtesy extension I got same answer!! The opposite than when I stayed in January .. I guess my last time staying at the property…"
