You can’t adjust the room temp to be any colder than the preset temp. But I like my room to be as cold as I can get it. It was not a problem just an observation. "

The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, especially Jay! The vibe is very chill and is more on the quiet side. The beach is a 5 minute walk - or you can take the hotel shuttle which runs constantly. Highly recommend "

"Just got back from an awesome stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Aruba, and I'm giving it 5 out of 5 stars.
The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable, everything felt fresh. Perfect for crashing after a long day in the sun.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the bar folks had big smiles and were quick to help with whatever we needed. Made the whole vibe feel welcoming and relaxed.
Food-wise, the restaurants were top notch. Plenty of variety, everything tasted great. The shops on-site were solid too—grabbed a few souvenirs without having to venture far.
And the pool and beach areas were fantastic. Right on Palm Beach with that gorgeous white sand and clear water, and the swim-up bar was super convenient. The whole setup just screamed chill paradise mode. Spent most days bouncing between the beach, pool, and a cold drink.
Overall, if you're heading to Aruba, this spot is a winner. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"
